Can we expect to see another 'second string' line up again for these games.
I know some of the top-teams have made a point of playing their younger/fringe players throughout the CC, but when silverware (and a decent psychological edge) is only two wins away, Bobby must surely be feeling some kind of pressure/desire to change things around.
I, for one, would be pretty pissed off if i was one of the lads who's got us to the semi's only to be dumped when things got serious.
Will he change it? SHOULD he change it?
IMO, if we want to win it, then we need to change.

I think if we get Liverpool or Salford then we'll face their strongest sides, look at the Semi two years ago, Salford put out their first team because they were facing the mighty blues.

See who we get in the draw first.
One thing I think I have realised about Mancini is he is more pragmatic than he perhaps comes across. You can have plenty of ideas and principles etc etc but in the end you need to act in a clear pragmatic way. Depending who we get, when the games are in relation to what games we have in the Prem, who is fit on form and all the rest of the usual.
As an example just dropping Milner or Barry into last night's side would have made a small but significant difference in controlling the midfield.

Be nice if the neighbours and the scousers spent two games kicking lumps out of each other

Does depend who we are playing but also significantly on what the injury position is and what other games we have surrounding the 2 legs.

Knowing those cunts they'll get the easy draw again. I have a feeling it may turn out like this...
Cardiff v Rags : City v Scouse
Which means IF it does - and i dont mean to moan before anything's decided - but the road-to-the-finals will be dramatically different.
Fuck em though, i hope we get Cardiff and beat either of those red shite in the final.
Can we see Joe coming into the team now?? is that fair on Panty? He did a job last night.

It's laughable to imagine Cardiff getting anyone other than the Rags. The 'draw' will be us v Scouse, I'd stick a huge wedge on it. The chances of us getting Cardiff should be 1 in 3. Whatever.
I don't think it matters as if we are really in for winning this, we will.

if the bias in the draw is true we wont get rags after the 6-1 thrashing,
i think we might just get cardiff.

I feel that Munichs still hate us but we have battered respect into them with the 6-1 and the semi final, Liverpool fans have still not seen the full force of City given the fatigue at weekend from the champs league and the weakened side we sent there at the end of last season (due to the semi final), I dont know a single Liverpool fan who believes we are better than they are (Crazy I know)
I would like to play Liverpool so we can shut up the BBC scouse pricks and knock the Munich fuckers out in the final to inflict ultimate pain.

Mancini wants to win the cup. He will put out a side in the semis that can win the match. Dont expect any Wenger-style sentiment from him, where the reserves that got us there get to play in the final. No chance.

Agree with the Mancini part, he'll take nothing but a win.
However with Bobby we don't play with an A or B side. Mancini picks a side in the system capable of winning the game and I believe he will do the same, it all depends on who we are drawn against.
I expect it will be the scum or bin dippers 1. We will not be allowed to humiliate the rags in the final, shame really. I also think Manyoo v Bin Dippers 1 in the final would be more appealing to the media.

Peoples' thoughts on Panty... dropped??
I can see him changing the team quite a bit but i have a suspicion that he will keep Panty in the sticks.

I think it would be difficult to play someone all the way to the final and then drop them! Can you imagine for example Yaya not playing a single game and then starting in the final, what would that say to the player he dropped!
Although if we put out the strongest team against our semi final opponents I don't think it would be as much of an issue
