What's the score with this then, do away goals count an all that? Without Ribery Ireland now have half a chance without a doubt. I can see a penalty shootout happening to decide this one.

France will have to come at us and will be expected to win - as long as our sleapy defence can keep on its toes and we dont let them score they should be easier for us to attack against... quote]

sorry mate why do France have to come at you ?? In the 1st game Ireland need to win by at least 2 to come back to Paris for a safe second leg I personnally would like to see you beat us cause that would then mean the end of that twat Domenceh
As for Ribery missing the games it can only be good news for you
just seen on the French news that the 49500 tickets(30000 reserved for sponsors and the French FA ) on sale today were sold out in 3 hours and the Irish have only 8500 tickets I'm sure though they'll be about 15000 Irish

down in southwest france, they cant wait to see the back of domenech whom they hate more, than we english hated Mclaren!

However, there is also a little bit of fear against the irish! The French know the Irish can be a match for them, if on form. France have played utter crap footy at times during this qualifying campaign, great individuals but little teamwork. There is also a few frenchies down here who want Domenech to stay, because they fear they will lose Lauren Blanc to become the national coach.

Hey pal,

A few reasons ....

1 - I cant see the french team being able to sit back and 'park the bus', pressure from the press at home and the fans will be looking at trying to wrap this up at Croke Park surely? (but you'd know this more than me)

2 - I'm desperatly trying to come up with any kind of possitive no matter how deluded I might be in my own little world :-)

If I had the holidays I'd be trying to get me and my dad over to France too ... I can feel a bad cold kicking in for next month ;-)

Im sure that UEFA will decide this after the first leg - or they may wait until the 85th minute in France before they let us know ;-)

once we dont conced at home we have half a chance, an away goal for france mwans we have to score when we get there and that could be the prob, id take a nil all there and then try nick one or win on pens!
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And no Ian Heart to miss (still have the miss against spain imprinted in my mind!)
