I think they are still available but it doesnt get sorted at the actual match. You get a programme on entry and need to take that to the next match at the Etihad Stadium and presumably show it at the ticket office (can't think where else) and they will add the loyalty points to your SC.

Thanks Mr H, I cant be bothered going to the ticket office, it would waste good drinking time (on poor beer).
