Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528, ... 45,00.htmlSo we have met his asking price along with four other clubs, Madrid, Barcelona, Chelsea and Anzi Makhachkala(dont ask).
What are your opinions of him, would you want him at city?
He looks a great prospect but im just not sure how pushed i would be to see another Brazilian at the club after the show of form from Robinho and Elano.Alongside the disaster signing of Jo im just not sure it's worth going their again.

Much better prospect than Robinho ever was....great player. Having said that there's no way he's coming to us.

I think this deal has Real Madrid written all over it.Can not imagine Barcelona will be seriously going at this unless they are willing to forget about Fabregas and Sanchez as they wont have any change if they move for Neymar.

I don't have an opinion on Neymar, but if I have to read a thread comparing culture in Dagestan to Manchester, heads are gonna roll.

FC Anzhi Makhachkala (Russian: ФК "Анжи" Махачкала) is a Russian football club based in Makhachkala, capital of the Republic of Dagestan, who play in the Russian Premier League. The name "Anzhi" means "Makhachkala" in the local Kumyk language
Love it!
Actually, just found out a friend-of-friends used to play for them, Elvir Rahimic.

This.
Tbh from what I have seen of Neymar, he looks like a Robinho clone, on and off the pitch.
He would fail in England, no doubt.
Steer well clear of this one city!

No more Brazilians, and especially not this one.
Diving little cheat with terrible hair. Also one of the major culprits in that huge fight on the pitch where he was seen stomping on another player. CUNT

Did he ever issue an apology to the Scotland fans over the whole racism thing?

Isn't he following Robbie to AC or was that just a rumour?

Can't see us being in for Neymar. Even if we were interested in him, I would have thought that, for the money he would cost, there would be at least ten other players we'd be more interested in.

No way we have bid for him. It's just standard journo crap so they can end with with:

Could be some good songs if he did sign.
Girl!
I wanna take ya to see Ney-mar!
I wanna take ya to see Ney-mar!
I wanna take you to see Ney-mar! Ney-mar! Ney-mar!
In truth though, he's such a detestable little gobshite that I refuse to acknowledge his indisputable ability. Couldn't be arsed with the hassle he'd inevitably bring, so let's look elsewhere.

Definitely looking more like Robinho off the pitch.
As was mentioned by somebody else, I'd pick Paulo Henrique (Ganso) over him.

Don't want him here.
He might be good... But he's Brazilian.
Not worth the risk.
