I watched a couple of Euro 2004 games down at Port Olímpic and that was a good laugh. Back then there was a bar down there that (if I remember rightly) was owned by Aussies. It was still there in late 2005 but I've not been down that way since. You could sit/stand outside in the sun and watch a big projection screen at the far end of the bar.

Between the KFC and McDonalds on La Rambla is a little road, about 100 yards down on left hand side is a great little Irish Bar which I've always used for watching sports when over there, get there early though as it tends to get fucking mobbed.
I also seem to remember watched Barca vs Chelsea (when it all kicked off years back) in the Hard Rock cafe in the Catalunya square on the biggest screen I have ever seen, although this may not be true as I was utterly wankered

not actualy in rhodes town but in faliraki yes at georges bar but im sure you will find somewhere once your there but if your looking for somewhere to have a good meal in rhodes old town look for mama sophias under the clock tower do a great T-bone steak
