Considering the amount of money the BBC and Sky take off us I am disappointed that they haven't stumped up the cash to show the game.

Funny and it is available here in the States.

It doesn't surprise me mate.

For years we have had a situation where you can watch more Premier League football abroad than you can here in the UK so it's not really surprising that it has now spread to the national game.

No mate I dont think we just get more PL football, back home I get ALL PL games EVERY week..

Now go find your stream :D

Wouldn't happen in Ireland, we have a law against it.

Sporting events of "national importance" have to be shown on terrestrial television. Some events have to be shown live, some can be delayed coverage.

After the public outcry when Setanta bought the sole rights to a few England qualifier games it's hardly surprising that Sky and ESPN have steered well clear. I'm sure the press will all cry about this as a travesty but it is largely of their making, by making Setanta out to be a bad boy bully throwing its cash around at the time it means that the only option for these games will be BBC and ITV, the latter is skint at the moment and the former has probably used up its trophy sport pot by bringing F1 back to the beeb.

I think that's the same in Britain, too, but the list of what is deemed to be of 'national importance' seems to have gotten considerably smaller over the past decade or so.

Has anyone got links yet (Vhero)? i.e. to the NON paying sites showing the game, i have NO gambling accounts

As much as i like to watch England play especially in WCQ, really can't do with watching shit streams.

Thing is my mates 13yr old lad has been asking for links for a couple of weeks (footie in general and i forget) & i have just found out he's laid up in bed with Swine Flu.

Ideally ones that don't need software downloads like Sopcast

Got a text from Orange today saying I could watch the match for £4.99 on the Orange website.
Somehow I don't think I'll bother
