Dalglish has taken over.
Let's hope that 'new manager syndrome' kicks in tomorrow.

Kenny has been out of the game for 12 years and the game has moved on in this time. Are these loads of mongo Pool fans at Anfield doing the messiah thing like the deluded Barcodes do everytime King Kev goes back?

I think most people seen this coming on the day he was appointed. No-way did Hodgson stand a chance, not their type of manager.
In the words of my Old Man, "Life will never be the same without Man City, so get it in while you can".

I didnt particularly think it was a good choice at the time, but ffs, whilst his brand of football and public speaking are dire - he is being scapegoated for the previous regime leaving a dire playing squad. Mourinho or Baconface couldnt even get that lot performing.
Kenny is in for a tough time, and barring a miracle will end up with his reputation tarnished if he aint careful
However, lets hope for that new manager syndrome tomorrow - was already weighing up a liverpool win at 9/2

That club needs rebuilding from the bottom. Souness and whoever followed him buggered up the youth policy and they're going to suffer for the for years to come. (Hopefully)
Now we'll see if King Kenny can live up to the delusions
"You sir, will either be hung as a traitor or die of the pox"
"That sir, depends on whether I embrace your principles or your mistress"

What a way to treat a good English manager!
I'm sure the hacks will still be hating Liverpool for this in years to come.

Fuck. I hope he would stay longer and fuck the Scousers up some more. There you go Mr. Henry. You wanted
into that mess. Suck it, Pool.

Disgraceful sacking only three months after taking over. There must surely be some existential crises in the world of journalism now.

I cant see anyone miraculously turning around Liverpools season, the fans expectations are far to high.I feel sorry for Woy as he has been made the scapegoat after taking over a very average side.A quick glance at the squad and really they only have a few quality players and key players like Gerrard and Carragher are clearly in decline.
A couple of seasons back i could have picked a load of players at Liverpool that i would have loved to have playing for city but now Torres is about the only one.Unless the new owners are willing to invest in te squad its not going to get much better for them.

So the poor chap inherits a team with deep problems that go way back to previous chairmen and managers. Given very little time to put his own stamp on the squad and they get rid and replace him with a cult hero from the past albeit on a temp basis. Crackers!
The guy worked wonders on the cottagers on a shoe string budget. Time is what he needed and full backing from the fans.
I haven't a fecking clue what I'm doing! Gillie come back man I want my sig back. As the Photobucket thingy gone?

He never had a chance.
Think he was a convenient yes man appointment, wouldn't rock the boat for the owners.
Unlucky really.
It's weird seeing Scouse panic with sacking their manager.
I like it.
City and sniffing knickers.
Come on Blues.

On the other hand, he could have turned them down and stayed at Fulham.

Got nothing but respect for Daglish, probably my favorite non-City player. Piss on 'Pool though, go from burning
American flags to sacking quality English managers. This will obviously just add to their string of bad luck.

I really hope Liverpool has had their day, struggle in the bottom would suit them.
I cant stand that horrible wank alone song.
Gerrard's firts comment when Roy tok over, was that he was the right man for them... correct that was!
