Joe Hart
Boateng
Vinnie
Lescott
Kolarov
Nigel
Barry
Tevez
2 of those it is suggested are not worthy ( at the moment) so could reasonably be replaced by Zaba and Micah and they might improve the team. And what we have is a bunch of players before Mancini came in!

I keep hearing them banging on about how we can attract the 'really top names' once we are in the Champions League but Silva, Toure, Tevez, Dzeko are in the top bracket as far as I'm aware. The likes of Messi, Xavi, the tranny would never leave their respective clubs any way so who exactly are they referring to?

Why have you quoted those 8 players? Okay, they played on the weekend(if that's what you were going for), but no Silva or Yaya or Johnson, all bought under Mancini. If you were quoting the players who were bought before he was here, why include the fullbacks unless your intention was to point out it was said they weren't good enough.

Come on Douglas, Sir!
suppositories take huge pays to embarass themselves pubblicly.
You don't and You also got a name and reputation to respect over Your widowhood's feelings...
We all know Boateng and Kolarov, along with temporarely not gettable D.Luiz were/are the best [young] stuff available for a very key role for our style of play. Time's fair justice, of which You're more aware than me.
When Mancini went in.... Vinnie was a DM back up, Nige was a single-dimension tackler only and my beloved Gazz was the target of huge slags . I'll save You the point of how many goals Tevez had scored at the time, because it would be a merely rhetorical platitudes.
Should Roberto had not come how many time Cookie would have received a sounding "no, thanks" when trying to stretch the wallet?
How many further hundred millions pounds CITY And Sheiky would have been forced to spend on Croquesque or Bridgesque Players.
Don't get angry with me, though.
You know I do respect You utmost, Sir.

I can see us still being in the market for a CB in the summer, but that would be balanced out by £7m which is being quoted for Onouha and similar for Lescott. And despite it being early days I am struggling to see Kolarov as a defender or Boateng even as a footballer right now, but they need time - and besides why buy when we have an improving Micah and Zabba (POTY for me) in those positions instead as at this moment in time they are better players.
The comments are stupid and belie a total misunderstanding of what we actually have at city.

Got an analogue TV tuner linked to my laptop with a satellite feed - hence I can directly record whatever is on the main Sky house channel. I can record TV Sky channels via a DVD Recorder as well and then copy to a DVD and convert the VR Movie file to mpeg and upload either to YT.

I thought it has been blatently obvious Doug has never warmed to Mancini and will always have a veiled dig at him.......only begrudgingly giving him credit when its impossible not to.

Oh no they've said it Doug! Fight back, tell 'em it's nothing to do with Mancio not giving you a football, tell 'em Mancio's twice the manager Hughes was and Fausto's three times the coach Bowen was....
