We could have used him yesterday when every defender started panicking.

Probably about 6 months.
Heard him on the radio on Friday, no mention of what he was up to. City legend or not. An unpleasant human being.

Roy Keane is a twat but he was a good captain for the scum. Stuart Pearce is not a very friendly soul but he was a good captain. I think we lack one at the moment and we have since Pearce retired. Maybe someone will step up and be that man. There is no need for the captain to be a donkey footballer either.
I truly hope Toure will be the inspiration for the team but I fear he will follow Distin as another good player unable to lead in times of adversity.
Maybe I'm just pissed off about yesterday.

Morrison is coaching at Northwich Victoria it says here
Never criticise a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes.
That way when you do criticise him you'll be a mile away.
And you'll have his shoes.

Whatever Toure's faults as a captain may be, we managed to come back three times in adversity yesterday.
We also fought back when Arsenal scored last week.
I don't suppose his poor leadership qualities reflected that.

very possibly correct, I just fear for the organisation in defence and especially how we deal with sustained pressure.
Like I said, maybe I'm just throwing my toys in the corner because of who we lost to.
