Not sure of the source for Dub's comedy translation, but in recent hours/minutes we have the following:

El Periódico Mediterráneo - David Silva is a new signing of Manchester City, according to (Radio) Onda Cero yesterday. Total agreement has been reached between the clubs, and it is only waiting for the player, who has already reached financial agreement with Mancini's side.

Marca - Arbaloa - "If only Silva had come to Madrid". The signing of David Silva by Manchester City continues to provoke reactions.
Goal - with David Silva 1 step from City, RSC is the name of the moment...................
MD - why Guardiola prefers Mata. ".................and David Silva, who yesterday said yes to Manchester City...."
MD - Silva goes to City, which doesn't affect the Mata deal.
Diario de Mallorca - ....the transfer of Silva to Manchester City........
Granada Hoy - Silva sets course for Manchester City
Diario de Sevilla - as above
AS - Silva yesterday said yes...............
