Barca: Ibrahimovic not for saleBarcelona president Joan Laporta has reiterated potential Manchester City target Zlatan Ibrahimovic has a future at the Nou Camp despite the impending arrival of David Villa.
Ibrahimovic joined Barca last summer in a deal that saw Inter Milan get 46 million euros plus Samuel Eto’o (valued at 20 million euros) in exchange for the giant Swede, but the former Ajax and Juventus hitman has had a mixed first season with the Catalan giants.
He scored 16 league goals as Barca defended their Primera Division title but he also came in for criticism from some quarters.
Barca have now strengthened their striking options for next season after agreeing a 40million euros deal for Spain star Villa, who is set to undergo a medical and complete his move from Valencia tomorrow.
However, that does not mean the exit door is now open for Ibrahimovic, with Laporta saying: “Ibra is not for sale. He is a very highly-valued player, and I know the coaches count on him. The signing of Villa does not affect the future of Ibra.”
Meanwhile, the Blues are also being linked with Argentina Under-20 international Ezequiel Munoz, of Boca Juniors.
The 20-year-old central defender has been pursued by Italian outfit Fiorentina for a year.

I haven't read all the thread so i don't know whether it's been mentioned but i have always been gobsmacked with the deal to bring Ibrahimovic to Barca in the first place. They paid Inter £60M AND gave them Eto'o and they want to get rid after just one season? Can you imagine the stink if City were to do that? Platini & Blatter would go ballistic and change all the rules immediately but because Barca are such a powerhouse in world football no-one blinks an eye.

You fool Fishy, Barca wouldn't be ruining football, we should just be thankful we can watch them wheeler-deal as they please....
