Didnt expect points but im annoyed at the starting 11 and the performance

Now we have Brighton twice who are even better and he will.risk all kids on Wednesday.

Dangerous stuff when we need momentum.

Its clear he needs to

1. Sort the defence once and for all (cant do anythjng about calamity donna)
2. STOP with enzo and cherki. I know you've spunked loads of money on your mate but it doesnt work and boaddi is miles better.

….oh, and Dunna needs dropping, even his shot stopping skills have gone now. He’s going to cost us dearly. What Gerinimo like ?

Getting rid of Trafford has to be up there with buying Phillips. Ridiculous

One of those games where you could see what would happen once you saw the line-up.

Maresca cannot persist with this defence/midfield. Dias hasn’t had a good game for about 3 years. Making him captain was a huge mistake. Khusanov and Gvardiol at full back doesn’t work at all. Guehi needs time out of the side, although he was much better before he was paired with Dias.

The midfield needs a holding player. Anderson/Fernandez/Cherki doesn’t work. Still not entirely sure what’s special about Fernandez, but perhaps he might shine more with Bouaddi behind him.

Only positive today was Khusanov showing why he should be centre back.

Can't fault Maresca, we lost the game because of two individual errors.

He did the changes needed, however, the players that came in offered almost nothing.
Seems on of those weekends, now I expect all of those cunts red cunts to win their games.

We need to put players in there poithions not put 2 cb in full backs places, and Donna is just shit, when he's got ball in his area I dont have kittens i have a cattery and thats down to pep. Buys trafford and a week later he goes and buys this muppet. There is a reason why the best team in Europe gets rid

Off the Beeb - :

Since the start of last season, only eight players have made more errors leading to Premier League goals than Gianluigi Donnarumma and Marc Guehi

Missed the first 10 minutes and although i was able to see their goal at HT. I have just watched the full replay up to the VIlla first goal. Fernandez should have played the ball back to Donna. It is always dangerous passing the ball in the air. Guehi was unlucky there , unnecessarily so.

Top of the league and although on goal difference , the Beeb want to talk about City's leaky defence... perhaps less leaky than the Arse ??

There is something very concerning about our defence, there is no composure no stamping of authority and every time Villa came forward there was danger. We really need to sort this out. Josko and Khus need to be in the centre, everyone can see it, neither of them are full backs. I think Guehi is a terrific player, reads the game extremely well and is better suited to deep midfield where his lack of pace is not so crucial.
Nico and Nunes are decent full backs and it ‘s those four I would like to see as our regular back line.
Bouadi has to start regularly now, he’s obviously a terrific player and gives Anderson more freedom.
Points dropped today against a decent but not great Villa.
Can Maresca sort it ? I’m not sure, but today is a big wake up call and I had severe doubts from the start. Brighton will be a sterner test, at least we are at home. We need to be better at dealing with these situations if we are to have any aspiration of being champions.
