That Sky reporter who ambushed Soriano should be crucified by the club.
That was not an interview attempt, that was lynching.

Find the names please.

Ive shared

1. Sorrano.
2. 2019 statements from those that rejected scudamores job based on "too much power of some big clubs and the CEO being merely a puppet for those clubs, which big execs wouldnt accept".
3. The correct reasons on the CAS verdict.

And also reply to the above twitter summary from Craig with the fact that investing owner capital (by way of shareholder loan) is literally how all businesses grow, but we STILL havent even done that and have evidence that the bent PL has ignored.

Those cunts know exactly what they are doing. CAS not being an option is exactly what Premier League is about.
I hope we bring everything down.

I am at the point I don’t us to win, I want the whole system to go up in the fucking air. Bring it down with us.

So if the PL have come out with a forceful statement, adamant that we are cheats why havent they posted hard evidence?
Surely a statement like that would be backed up in some way??

As far as I can tell, their evidence is pretty much that the Abu Dhabi government, Abu Dhabi United Group Investment and Development, Etisalat, Ethiad Airways, and Manchester City are all the same organization and any written or verbal evidence to the contrary is not to be believed because they don't want to.

So in a nutshell if we produce concrete evidence that Nexus, Nissan, Etihad or other sponsors paid over that amount in any given year then the whole pack of card collapses and its deemed unsafe conviction of guilt. Something fishy here with the whole thing.

Man utd second team sponsorship with Betway is 20 million a year, Sumuo pay 20 million a year to sponsor their sleeve. Yet for four years after the Aguaroooo moment we were only being paid 16 million combined total from all our sponsors????? Yeah right. In fact between 2016 and 2017 our sponsorship income actually fell to just 11 million a year.

Come on City sponsors release the figures you all gave us. Its that simple. Every sponsor in all that time needs to show clear evidence.

For present purposes all that need be understood is that in 2009 UEFA was proposing to introduce FFP Rules that
would require clubs playing in UEFA competitions to meet a ‘break-even’ requirement whereby a club’s ‘relevant
income’ did not exceed its ‘relevant expenses’ by more than a specified amount.

Footnote from page 17. Shouldn’t it be the other way around?

• QNET (Official Direct Selling Partner)
• UBtech (Official Robot Partner)
• Valvoline (Official Lubricant Partner)
• Dsquared2 (Official Fashion/Tailoring Partner)
• Betsafe (Official Betting Partner)
• Tecno Mobile (Official Mobile Phone Partner)
• iTrader.com (Official Online Trading Partner)
• Wolf Blass (Official Wine Partner)
• Heineken (Official Beer Partner)

• Dongqiudi (Regional Media App Partner for China)
• BNN Technology (Regional Chinese Lottery & News Partner)
• Thomas Cook Sport (Official Travel Partner)
• Ballr (Regional Gaming Partner)

quite a list yet according to the Premiership that only brought in 11 million pound in revenue.

That same year Leicester brought in 3 million more at 14 million, West Ham made 25 million.

Ive just gone for a random year out of the time frame. The Premier league own figures make no sense.

Arent they saying its the amount from the UAE sponsors only? Etihad, etisalat and whoever else only paid base sums totalling around 100 mill and the owners via ADUG (my only current owner beef is they had a word for united in their investment vehicle!) Topped up to the tune of 850.

Our arguement is the government paid it not the owner? I dont see how thats even hard for us to do as the sheikh is also the government. Surely they did it properly and not as the PL accused us of and " city came late with a concoction that the government paid the top ups without valid proof / bank statements "

Not surprising given that they also fucked up the initial charges and had to rerelease them. Also really strange how pages 24 & 25 in the document they released are in a completely different format than the others. Like they were scanned and added in when the rest look typed out normally

CAS (a real court) heard James Hogan (Etihad’s former CEO) and Simon Pearce (a City director), and considered a letter from Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh (an Etihad board member). It wasn’t convinced that ADUG had secretly funded Etihad’s payments. The Premier League panel reached the opposite conclusion and called some City witnesses dishonest. So basically they do whatever they want and can disregard whatever evidence is presented to them based on how they feel?

I have a feeling we have exposed the Premier League’s

Our club needs to do more than just to tell us to wait(that is not acceptable, considering all this vitriol we have to face on a daily basis from all and sundry ) they should send out a statement saying the so called independent panel is a real SHAM and we will 100% take this to the highest court to get to the truth.

Have just listened to that interview. It is clear that the PL have chosen to ignore the evidence that we have provided. The club's stance has not changed and so we will see you in the high court girls and boys. Be some fun when the PL have to lobby their red cartel cronies in order to foot the legal bill for defamation and damage to image. Expect a new super league at that point as the PL will not have a pot to piss in.
