Why cant we brief a trusted journo with a positive stance?
john@staustell wrote:Even the most biased observer should be aware that, as soon as Sheik Mansour appeared, there was a conspiracy to 'get City', to prevent another Chelsea breaking into the cosy cartel.
They changed the rules, to prevent owners putting money into clubs. They said you had to earn it. After much work, City earned it. So they changed the rules again, saying you had to earn it in a certain way, from certain countries and heaven forbid there should be any connection to owners. (Why?)
They ignored the huge debts built up by some badly run clubs and continued to concentrate on City. They picked off a few easy fruit, like Forest and Everton, who dared to spend a few quid, under the latest incarnation of 'Financial Fair Play' - which translates to a method which allows the cartel clubs to continue at the top and prevents upstarts from spending their own money, however solvent. Then there is the anti arab element
There was even a change at the head of the PL, appointing someone much more malleable to the cartel, who has overseen the current trumped up 'charges'.
Does anyone seriously think these alleged offences made a jot of difference on the field? Of course they didn't.
Most people are aware there's always been this conspiracy to stop City and I believe this should be addressed by the laws of the country. Not the 'laws' of the Premier League, which are composed by the cartel and their friends, specifically against certain clubs and can not remotely be called impartial.
I look forward to the Platini style raids on these conspirators and their subsequent appearances in a real court, with real, impartial judges.
The current situation reminds me of accounts of medieval or Roman trials where, no matter how much evidence is presented, the accused is found guilty, because the accusers have more votes.
The cartel and the Premier League seem intent on destroying their product, which a couple of years ago was easily the top product in the world. And is now falling, year by year

He probably smothers it in the conditional tense. To avoid legal things.

Martin Samuel seems to have been silenced

I think a few of the companies caught up in this are starting to shake things up a bit - Etihad saying they'll look to go the legal route.
Its going to get interesting.

Klopp surprised me.
Still a cunt, but he didn't go with the lunatics.

Much as I hate the dippers, Klopp has never been as detestable as Ferguson and Arteta.
In fact in the list of cunts he's well behind those 2, Pearce, Merson, Agbonlahor, Pulis, Keown, Redknapp.
Brazil was ok on TS, saying he guarantees plenty of other teams have been at it but not caught.
Going to be very interesting now Etihad and Deloitte are biting back.
It's not just us they're calling liars.

I have a list as long as the M3...for starters, Holt and that gremlin Herbert are for the guillotine when I'm made world president.
