Did good for us. Knew how to get the best out of players. Happy times for City

Gutted.

My favourite City manager when I was a kid. The joy he brought to a 15 year old lad that hadn't seen City play good football EVER was beautiful. I can't thank him enough.

Enjoy

Very sad news
A genuine great of the game. The sort of guy everyone loved regardless of who they supported which is a very very rare thing

Loved King Kev, it was a joy watching us play under him. The promotion with Berkovic, and Ali B running the show.
The last year at Maine Road the season after when we beat the rags for the 1st time since the 5-1 and the Goat getting the equaliser at the swamp and then having a winner disallowed.

A genuine nice guy as well, saw him at a Sportsman's Dinner at The Village Hotel in Bury round about 2015 and he was delighted what was happening at City Spoke really highly about the club and fans.

RIP

Sad day. Kevin Keegan has been a large part of my youth and adult life, ever since he burst onto the scene with Liverpool. Football has lost a great guy and true sporting Superstar. His Newcastle teams were a joy to watch and I was very happy for him to manage our team.
RIP King Kev

Loved him and loved his football - he gave us glory and belief after so many years.

I wonder if there should be some sort of permanent tribute to him at Etihad.

Naming a stand after gim mighr seem.a bit much, and perhaps Newcastle might like to be the only club to do so anyway.

But he led us back to the PL, we've remained there ever since, and won loads of trophies.

I don't know whether it should be a statue, a mural, a street sign - i think that there does need to be something.
