....which there is no mechanism to do.

Years ago, when Platini was on our backs, I used to think Infantino was the voice of reason

Last few years, he's proved to be a complete and utter cock

That's why you should be careful what you wish for.
Although in fairness it seemed at the time that anyone would be an improvement on Blatter.

Scored in his last 14 competitive International matches.

27 goals in those games

A monster. Genuinely excited by what he could do next season

Ref tried his very best to get Brasil to equalize playing 5 extra minutes on top of the added time...total cunt.

Another easy route to a final for England. It's so pathetic every single tournament

Just saw his goals. That's what happens when you cross the ball into the box for him and that's what happens when you allow your players to shoot from outside the box.

Hopefully Maresca allows it too

Can wait for this tournament to end, or is it just me?

It is the worst, by far, the world cup I've ever seen, from the football to the all the circus around it. The fans are absolutely terrible, plain terrible.
Is this where everything is going now?

I tried to avoid the WC , but i found myself watching England against Congo and because i was so impressed with the Norway team when they knocked Italy out early spring. I decided to watch the game against Brasil. What on earth tactics did the Brasilians have in mind? These Norway players play in all the top leagues in Europe and for the most part top european clubs. The Norwegians totally dominated the game and if Odegaard didn't try to do too much ( caught in possession several times in midfield and the goalie made good saves) they would have had more goals.

Should be an interesting City training match with Haarland against Johnnie, Nico and Marc.

The video of Henderson snapping his arm is amazing  I've watched it ten times this morning. Will Liverpool fans hold a vigil?

I find it hard to get behind England with Kane, Bellingham and Pickford. They all showed up against Mexico though I will give them that.

This is interesting. I really hope the guy scores the winning goal against Belgium. Although it's a shame that the scandals are becoming more interesting than the football.

I thought Oscar Bobb was terrific last night. He’s not a winger he’s a no10, and most effective in the middle just behind the strikers. His vision is astounding, he finds the killer pass. Very impressive.

It's been an issue all my life. Decades with no City players after Lee and Bell. But you just sort have to drink and bear it
