I see Perez has opposition to his presidency for the first time 20 years. Some new money billionaire called Enrique Riquelme has gone on national TV as part of his campaign and told everyone that he is signing Hall and and it's all agreed. Held up a Haaland 9 shirt, and stated he will be signing Rodri too.

City have said it's bollocks and seeking legal action as he was on national TV with a Haaland shirt that he does not have the image rights to use.

I don't know, there were a few games last season where he started to look like the old Rodri again. I was uld.rather keep him for another 3 years, he is quality and it's not about pace, so the age card isn't as bad for him.

Funny one this. No-one better in his role in the lead up to him winning the balon. Since his injury we've seen rare glimpses of his former self. More often he's looked well off the pace. I get he's never been about pace but he's not shown enough to convince me that he will ever get back to his former heights. Part of me thinks he had an eye on the WC, but I'm now thinking if we can get decent wedge for him, I'd do the deal.

Very likely his best years are behind him. He doesn't want to sign an extension, if we get a decent offer he can toddle off. Or else we get zero in 12 months.
