If we win the next two games, I would be very hopeful we’d go all the way. The Chavs are 4 points behind the CL places so it will be tricky to beat them tomorrow but I’m hopeful and then the Arsenal game will be massive.

Like every year, Fulham look to already be on the beach

Bournemouth seemed to copy our tactics from the cup final and arse had no response again. Hope every team from here on out let Raya/Kepa roll their foot on the ball 10x just to boot it long and lose it. Arteta showing again why he is serial loser, cowardly tactics at home vs a mid table side with the title on the line. Pep got so much wrong this season but he's never been close to how pathetic Arteta is

When you write "Bournemouth seemed to copy our tactics from the cup final " do you mean Bournemouth actually tried to play football , in the spirit of the game ?

Arse had no midfield, they spent most of their time looking lost and letting Raya hoof the ball long to... the Bournemouth defense.

Bournemouth never let up all game, chasing them down in their own box and thereabouts.

I am just pleased , not only that Arse dropped three points but also that City can see that Bournemouth away will be no walkover. Possibly a bigger game than the Arse at home next weekend. The Arse are wobbling at the moment and if they go behind on wednesday against sporting, well it could be the end for them.

I meant specifically as the game went on Bournemouth presses with a front 4 but held off on. Pressuring the keeper. Just like in the cup final, Raya & arsenal had no idea what to do when they don't have a man free for the keeper to play it out. Both the swede & havertz cant hold up a long ball and arses midfield cannot win 2nd balls.

So yeah, pretty much in agreement here

Arteta spends too much time on the sidelines getting at his players for almost every single thing going on in the game. They are not allowed any time to express themselves or concentrate on the game.He is too busy butting in all through the game. Instead of letting it flow. No wonder the players are bereft of ideas or confidence.

Long may it continue. The whole vibe around them is one of nerves. The fans I've come across working in the City down there are also part of it. They believe their own hype. Fair enough when you've gotten over the line and have a pot or two, but not when you're giving it out in spades and you've won fuckall. Imagine what it will be like when we win the league and spuds go down they say. Imagine spuds going down and you winning nothing say the rest of us. Horrible bunch of spoilt soft arsed twats

That how did we drop five points against Spurs club has a very large membership, only the genius knows the answer, especially when we were 2-0 up at HT & snatched a draw from the jaws of victory with some terrible substitute decisions IIRC. Maybe if they gat relegated we could get extra five points next season.

I would, but I fear they may have missed an 'M' in there somewhere.

Love it. Thought they had to win there today but that's another loss with yet another manager and the first time in the bottom three and they stink the place out. Running out of games and they have Villa and Chelsea to play though Villa did themselves no favours today

After that performance, I'd give him bus fare and an icy pop.
