Schooled from start to finish by Madrid reserves.

To their credit never did they once deviate away from Pep slow methodical pointless insipid passing game by going route 1 and more direct.

You think he would get tired of doing this year after year in the CL. Much less work to just play whoever is in form in the right positions

When I saw the lineup, I said to the missus he has picked a completely unbalanced side, this has Chelsea CL final all over it...and lo and behold.

It's not fucking rocket science and Pep thinks it is.

Don't be so negative, we played better in the second half, keeper saved a penalty and Haaland got a rest before we face West Ham.
Whats the betting though Haaland will feel another niggle.

Pep will no doubt say, it is 'so so difficult against Madrid, it was so so hard and they played so so well'

Fully agree slow, slow, slow. We always just pass slow and never seem to give the wide players the early ball they can run onto. Nearly always to a standing position when already closed down. S so negative.

He’s fucking done, mate. He’s yesterday’s manager — one who can only throw money at problems and still can’t even pick a great fucking 11 to compete against Real Madrid’s fucking depleted squad !!!
The sooner he packs it in, the sooner we can move forward with a new manager who’d kill to have the insane resources baldy has had from day one

And why in the love of god if you are going to play an attacking lineup like that, you don't pick the one attacker who can FIND OTHER ATTACKERS.

FFS, I am fuming. Cherki is sitting on the bench watching Savio pick out white shirt after white shirt. He must be wondering what the fuck he has to do to get a start.

Its 4 goals in 15 games, 2 pens. Hardly form that warrants automatic selection.
I would rather the false 9 now.

Fed up of his arrogance. Stood there, hands in pockets, spitting. It's unacceptable.

Savinho is like a child. He's crap. Injured for months, scores by accident at Newcastle, fluffs several openings and gets the nod in Madrid. Only a madman does that.

Rodri did ok, Khus did ok and so did O’Riley whe he finally played in his position, Doku did ok in the first 15 mins. The rest well, they were shockingly bad. In the second half we had a few corners, nothing and ample opportunities to cross into dangerous areas and didn’t take any. When we gained possession it was the usual slow turgid build up to a well organised brick wall.

It was fucking painful to watch. That performance is down to the manager and his selections. Not playing Cherki, our most creative player was criminal and that wank stain of a player on the wing should not be playing football at this level. He’s brainless.

So we’re out of the CL short of a miracle we will have a real tough game at West Ham fighting for their lives. It’s all going so predictably wrong.

Oh and I fucking hate Pep, he’s clearly and starkly lost the plot. Madrid played very well, did what they had to do and credit to them. Where do we go from here ? I just cannot see us beating Arsenal at Wembley with this fucking tippy tappy possession based football with no grit, no desire, no pace, no expression of a will to win, a quality they had in spades. We should have kept it tight at the back and played counter attacking football but I don’t think we’re capable of it.

Haaland has got complete WC syndrome and is not doing anything to risk his fitness……a big mistake, given that he was scoring for fun the first half of the season. A shit show from beginning to end. Sheesh.

Thats the icing on the cake, its not even the away its some bullshit made up 4th kit. We have three actual kits we could wear but no we will mug the fans and the kids off even more by wearing some ballox horrendous 4th kit for no good reason.

No idea why he chooses to play Semenyo out wide.

I figure we signed him based on his direct performances for Bournemouth.

The lad has pace and will score Goals, he is not a skilful player. Shit with the Ball at his feet just like Haaland both need to run on to Balls to score not try passing players their selves with the Ball.

What the fuck goes through Pep Head when setting us up like that.

Again 3-0 down at half time. Our genius could and should have corrected the non- existent 1 man midfield. Off should have come his love child (Savinho) on Nico G. Off should have gone the shockingly dreadful Haaland ,on come Cherki, Semenyo becoming the False 9.

Instead he his first Sub was that lanky streak of weak piss Reinders.I mean seriously ?

What was his game plan to counter the Madrid 4-4-2 ? i am guessing it was supposed to be a 4-2-4 that was bad enough against a high press over load. We should have been keeping it tight in the middle. instead this supposed 4-2-4 was more like a 5 - 1 - 4 it was madness Rodri 3,4, yards off the pace since doing his ACL asked to hold the middle on his own as Madrid cut through us like a knife through hot butter.

This Man earns £25,000 000 a Season and has not got a fucking clue.

70 minutes before any meaningful Sub.

Zero game management, shit substitutions and a 1 dimensional style of play making repeatedly banging your Head on a Wall slowly for 97 minutes more appealing.

Have to hand it to Pepito: I expected nothing from this game, and somehow he still managed to make my blood boil. It takes a special kind of talent to disappoint even when the bar is already on the floor. Most of what needed to be said has already been said. Just one more thing, though: the players aren’t blameless either. In the second half, they should have come out with their guns blazing.
