they must have had at least 10 attacks in penalty box so far , all have required excellent clearances or tackles . We have dome nothing. Given the ball away, wasted opportunites , the square root of fuck all . It's this sort of second half display that pisses off fans, they'll go home with 3 points and a good first half, then a shit show.

And Cherki has been dire since he came on. Got a lot to learn

I've rarely watched a worst 2nd half. OK, the game was over...but my God. Fucking horrible.

Reijnders has been worse. Marmoush even more so. Can't see quality in either.

Good first half. good 3 points, boring second half and we disappeared up our own arse

Pep needs to get the riot act dusted off. I cannot accept that it is difficult for players to maintain a good performance after half time. We may well rue not banging in more goals when we are completely on top of teams

To much of a coincidence these second half drop offs, they are being told by Pep to ease off. Cost us points at spurs, we are only playing Salford next, we should have gone for it & improve GD.

Based on the negative comments on here, you might think City lost.

Still, loads of games coming up.

I'm not splitting hairs , nothing between them but i'm judging Cherki on his use when in possession. Marmoush harried and chased but no forward got any ball in the second half. Semenyo was starved also.

You are obviously correct, however these second half displays are very frustrating, some good defensive play stopped us conceding which could have led to a difficult last ten minutes or so.

Are you trying to spin a positive ? because its not working you know.!! Benching the key players from the last game is about as fucking moronic as can be.

Good result, positive performances all over the park, key players rested, Salford at the weekend and a chance to rest more first team players. Semi strong squad for that game.
Pressure on the Arse to get a result now, nice to see us play first and put the pressure on for once.

No negatives at all from tonight.

Well done PEP

No negative comments about the first half , the team played well .

The negative comments are focused purely on the fact we gave up at half time and produced nothing of real note up front. We were sloppy in possession compared to first half, we were negative in possession, we made mistakes and our passing was a lot poorer. I think we also picked up 4 bookings to one of theirs. It was another second half drop off we have seen umpteen times before,

People moaning again, but a comfortable win, all on Pep being class again but that's just my opinion.

Foden completed every pass, he was quality. Didn't deserve to come off.

Marmoush was electric when he came on. Unreal goalscorer we have.

Salford will be a really tough game so thankfully Pep rested some players.

What a night, on par with Istanbul for me.

Well the first half did, got us 3 points and 3 goals. The second half was a great example of what happens when you take your foot off the gas, it often leads to loss of concentration and a bit of a flat shit show. Why go easy after half time? Goal difference could do with a few more. We should have gone on to win 6-0
