I said at the time after watching it once it wasn’t a foul this was nailed on with the lack of replay
I didn't think it was a foul either,if anything a dive and a yellow for diving . However, it is at scouse so what can you expect

I thought (wrongly) that we lacked the balls to win a game like that especially in that cesspit in front of the most disgusting people on the planet. Bernardo what a man he is fantastic.
There was a lot of them who showed the balls besides Bernardo.
Guehi who getting hammered all game for having the nerve to turn them down and come to us was unbelievable. One on ones, blocks, passing, heading, the lot.
Donna with his distribution under pressure as well as that save at the end.
O'Reilly, after scoring at The Bernabou puts in a performance like that at Klanfield.
And biggest balls of the lot- Erling with that pen in stoppage time after a delay like that and knowing the importance- unbelievable.
I think Guehi is a fantastic player & yeah great save from Donna, O’Reilly brilliant, but I highlighted Bernardo because he sometimes gets stick & I really respect his commitment
I've given Bernardo plenty of stick myself but fair do's he was superb but i don't think he's had half the stick Erling has which is incredible when you look at his numbers.
People saying he doesn't do it in big games is insane when you think he's cored hat tricks against united, scored home and away against Arsenal and Liverpool, 2 against Madrid last season, goal away at Madrid this season.
The more you look at that assist for Bernardo yesterday the better that header looks.
I've never given Bernardo any shit (That I can recall )as the little bastard always gives it his absolute all in every single match. Haaland, on the other hand, has deserved every bit of the grief he's been getting from fans lately. He's been putting in a fraction of the effort Bernardo's been showing—that's just a fact.
Hopefully that massive win last night has galvanized the team and woken everyone up. But someone needs to sit Cherki down and have a proper word - it's a team game , When the pass is on, fucking pass it! Same goes for Ait-Nouri—stop holding onto it and pass the fucking ball to someone who's got a better chance of scoring.
Still Buzzing.

Still buzzing
Pep doesnt like leaving "names" out so he better not use kus concuss as an excuse tl get dias in regular.
Guehi is immense. O reilly. Kus. Bern. And nunes was too.
Fair play to haaland from the assist onwards. Its about time.

I am still smiling about the win, fuming about the third goal.
Give Cherki his flowers dammit.

They are going on in the US about the superbowl viewing figures of135. 220 million viewers.
Apparently the Scouse - City game drew an estimated 700 million viewers.
Can anyone confirm this ?
Just took a look
"According to reports shared via USA Network h/t Deadline Day Live, the Liverpool v Manchester City game attracted an estimated 700 million to 750 million viewers worldwide, vastly higher than the approximately 220 million estimated global viewers for Super Bowl 60".

Watched s podcast claiming this. I wouldn't be surprised. Also i saw a review of players prize money. Under California State tax laws , Seahawk players would have their $178k prize money absobed by tax duty days. It would actually cost them $200k plus to play in California. A very punitive local tax law. Ni wonder its no longer the Golden state. Was there a year ago and it looked on its knees

100% Correct.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

100% Correct.
Odd one. I was led to believe we have no fans.

Still have a warm glow, despite a crap round of golf yesterday. Several of my golfing mates are long time City fans , we were all beaming.
Watched the highlights several times now.
Although the free kick was a good goal , i would agree with the comments on here and elsewhere that the player dived to get it. I also thought that Dias inadvertently created the space in the wall by moving a Liverpool player to one side .
All the bollocks spoken about Salah being prevented from a goal scoring opportunity is just bollocks, we had cover and Salah is not the finisher he was.
