Probably would have played even less. Its worrying he cant get a game there, makes you wonder is he the superstar some are saying. If the was that good surely he could get a game for Leverkusen,

Yep obviously not good enough, if he was he’d be smashing it in a lesser league

Or maybe Pep would have kept him here (if he knew what he was doing)

Nypan now not being played by Boro, but when you speak to their fans they say he's class.

We really need to start pulling players from these pointless loans and not dealing with the club again

I believe this is an option in Jan.

We should blacklist any of these clubs who loan our players just to have them as backup.

Looks like he's coming back. Absolute waste of time, don't deal with this club again.

1 start and 3 sub appearances in 3 months. Wankers

Shouldn't have gone out on loan abroad in the first place.

I thought that it was all related to his visa, age international appearances etc? Thought I'd seen an article on it. May be I'm wrong as he did come on in the cup final.
If he does return, let's see him on the pitch with Foden ans Cherki

Obviously not getting used how the club thought he might have been. Needs to be back here, getting used to training with the first team and getting on our bench. He has the ability (even now ) to be used by Pep. Don't want him to drift and get disillusioned then put in for a transfer,

Bernardo's going in the summer so he needs to be ready to step in

Pep talking about the players beautiful agent when questioned about his minutes and being recalled in January certainly sounds like an issue. Know was the talk of Girona and the agent wanting the player to go to Germany. Hopefully won’t be an issue that leads to player going without getting a chance. Think he showed a lot of promise in the few bits we’ve gotten to see.

Don't deal with Bayer again

Doku is injured. Bobb is injured. Need to give him a chance here

Leverkusen is in the Rhur area of Germany as close to London as it is to München. Nowhere near Bayern.

It’s stuff like this that annoys me

He was a star in Argentina before coming over so it wasn’t as if we were taking a punt on an unknown. Like Kayky.

And then he wasn’t even given a chance. And then belatedly when he was he looked half decent. And then he’s fucked off out on loan.

Of course, we don’t and never will, know what he was like in training. Or what his attitude is. Or whether he had settled. All variables which can determine the success of a player. But would he really been any worse than Bobb? Or Savinho? Or Silva? Or Mukasa?

Very frustrating

Maybe he didn't like Manchester/England and wanted to not be here? Either way we make money on him and it seems that's all the board really think about when acquiring young players and just shifting them on.

Leaves you a bit cold but that's the nature of the game now.

He cost us £15million not sure we will recoup initial outlay if he’s not developing
