Insanity

I can only assume it's to bump up the price for Spurs in January!

Negotiations - yes. What they're being paid has fuck all to do with Pep.

Whether they're worth offering a new deal to is everything to do with Pep

I don't think it was broke. He's back in training now - thankfully they have Arsenal this weekend

I hate to skate out players but this one is really testing my resolve. Appears to be fucking useless and we need players who can score goals to support Haaland.

Surely Marmoush on the wing coming inside like Doku has been doing is a better option than Bobb or Savinho? Worth a try for me.
Tracking back is overrated.

I was wondering if perhaps Pep was going off data, but it seems more likely he's just lying to protect his player.

Savinho (405 minutes)
Pass accuracy = 84.2%
Successful dribbles 6 (31.6% success rate)

Bobb (467 minutes)
Pass accuracy = 90.8%
Successful Dribbles = 16 (61.5% success rate)

Doku (699 minutes)
Pass accuracy = 84.6%
Successful dribbles = 37 (56.9% success rate)

It's hard to see any redeeming features in Savinho (presently) - he's 21, Bobb is 22, Doku is 23 so while he has age on his side, he's not materially younger than his peers. There can be no argument that he is clearly less effective than the other 2, he dribbles less, has less success at his dribbles and has the lowest pass success of the 3 - I can't see any data that backs up Guardiola's argument about him being aggressive

maybe the aggression pep's referring to is the passive aggressive social media posts he was making when spuds were supposedly in for him?

Why keep unhappy players here?
He asked to go, but we kept him nevertheless, as we did with many: Ederson, Walker, etc.

I don't get these odd attachments he has.
