What makes this worse is Spurs’ defence is very makeshift as well.

Formerly good players just give the ball away all the time, every match

Same old shit at corners, pass at front and nothing , don't they know how to vary it, put it to outside of area or near penalty spot but no just put it to near post every time

Diabolical in lots of ways
But the most worrying is the midfield. Pep’s game plan relies on a strong midfield which controls possession and games. Our can’t control a lot at present and it’s hurting us and sadly, I think it will continue to do so for a while yet

There has to be a reason KDB and Jackie aren’t playing and it can’t be a good one

If a monumental miracle doesn't happen in the second half, how many are in a row? 6? I am counting scouse away next because there is not chance in hell we will get anything except a proper beating.

The bright side for me is that after today we will end this nonsense we hear about Rico playing in the mid, as a dmc. The fella has a chance to be a world class right back, something he is trained with. Fucking around with him in the middle will take a hit on his career.

I am lost for words for these players. But the responsible is Pep. His stubborness to have something else is what is costing us.

Gundo as DM and Rico in his normal position further forward.

Gundogan as DM would be a disaster, he is far too off the pace now

Rodri isn’t quick. You have to be clever in that position, more than anything. Let’s see what Pep does - probably Ederson there

I personally hope Gundog is nowhere near our starting XI. He has been poor of late.

Who was the Deluded one who said Gundo is class ?

An absolute waste of money - shockingly bad since he came back.

We have created enough good chances so far and should have put them away.

Gvardiol has gifted spuds two goals

Lewis is way out of his depth.

No he shouldn't, but he should have gone to head the ball, that would be a certain penalty if he didn't get beyond the goalie

Lewis is good enough and at least he's running. Silva, Gundo both have lead boots are useless tonight. Walker getting annoyed, will resort to giving away free kicks and losing it completely. Nothing from Stones, Akanji is bang average. Savinho gone off the boil yet started so well with us, losing confidence fast.
Foden not doing much and Haaland is having another of those nights, should have scored early on but now will just sulk. Feel most sorry for Gvardiol. 2 mistakes and they scored. Naive is a word to describe how we are playing and set up. Frankly I'll give it a rest if we have another 2 years of this. Earn your fucking money Pep, if we can't field a strong team, consolidate and firm things up but FFS don't lose like this, it's pathetic
