Nah, walked into 3 people and fell over 10 minutes ago

Palmer can go, not up to it. Goes backwards 99/100 . Grealish poor tonight as well . Navas giving him loads of room and he does nothing with it. Poor

Completely devoid of any creativity without Kev and Bernardo.

We need to get a creative player in asap.

Sevilla compact and stifling the game - City playing very wide. This could be a game for two strikers being on Alvarez….

Cole Palmer looks like he should be on Oxygen at half time.

Pretty terrible first half.

All of the attacking players are having a poor game. Would prefer Rico playing where Akanji is.

Sevilla are not a good team. They finished 12th last season and lost their first game this season.

Big improvement needed in the second half.

He's just not good enough, never will be.

I'm also wondering if, next time Foden is not selected, we can avoid all this stupid vitriol about the manager and remember this game, among others

Rico warming up - heard he showed creativity in that pre season game.

I thought grealish only one started playing well

All of the ball but limited clear cut chances as per - bus parkers.

Gvardiol got done on the goal ?

Like walking football. I think Sevilla are way further down the fitness line than us, we have to be more clinical with our passes and don’t get to perturbed about their pace.

Alvarez should be on in the second half. Take Palmer off. Haaland needs a fucking rocket up his arse, needs to make much better runs rather than expect a straight through ball all the time. Got to say apart from when he's knocking one in , his first touch seems week, these big CBs got him in their pockets at the moment. Not that i pay alot of store in this Supercup bollocks, but having made the effort to go, we might as well put the effort in to try and win it. Sadly not a good watch and not good prep for Newcastle if all we do is sweat our bollocks off losing a meaningless cup
