have any of you heard about this english lad, will still, who's managing over in france?
only 30, currently on a 19 game unbeaten run with riems and not a qualified coach so the club pay a 20k+ fine for every game he manages. oh, and he's ginger!

Fluent in French, gives team talks in french and English repeating everything.
Lens were fined 22k a game as he wasn't eufa A license qualified.
He is now doing his badges so they have stopped gining them as they have shown they are on the road to getting them.
He is Mr football manager and uses analysis as the basis of everything..very interesting person. Amazing success.

Belgian? Had to check on wikipedia, for some reason I thought he was English too.
Certainly doesn' t have any english accent at all.(so fluent I checked where he was from)

Born in Belgium, lived there (and France) his whole life except to go to college in the UK, and went to a French-speaking school in Belgium. Happens to have a UK passport due to his parents being British.
