Anyone going on Sunday be prepared - Villa are a disgusting set of twats that just changed “FFP! FFP!” constantly before and after the final in 2020. They chased our fans into hotels, punched a kid in the face waiting for the train - and I can see it kicking off royally on Sunday.

I have to admit i’ve looked at some articles, but most of all, at the comments.
And 99% were against us.

On a positive note, the club will have known for months what the investigation was delving into, i expect their defence to be well rehearsed. It all depends on how legal this case is. If its heard just by PL lackeys and stooges, i figure they will rip us a new arsehole and fuck us right royally. I'm just happy to get it out of the way. Cant do anything about always being called a cheating club

The club are using the same legal team as the CAS appeal, so they will be familiar with most of the issues.

I cant see us being relegated. I am not big into the economics or legal stuff.
But surely there would be too much tv money lost due to no Manchester derby, no city games against dippers, arse, chavs etc.
Which I am sure are all big sellers.

Exactly. If they had enough evidence they’d go for the kill with us. Not a “small points deduction”.

The PL actually cant relegate us. They can expel us but the EFL would not be obliged to accept us. City in the Conference? No me neither. I find it particularly outrageous that the PL has recharged on cases decided in our favour by CAS. The emails were taken into account by CAS but found not as damning as they appeared to UEFA at first sight. No new evidence there for the PL.

Surely, if they are re-charging on those issues, we must have a case to throw those charges out, perhaps through the UK courts. Fight fire with fire, tie the tw@ts up with legal red tape from now till eternity! They'll break first.

I do not believe that our owner enters into business contracts without "Good Faith". A term lawyers use in Contract Law.

I also do not believe that our owners wanted to destroy the PL.

However, they will drag this on, as long as needed. They have the wealth. The only loser(s) here are the PL and the Group of Six.

The PL will be destroyed unless they ( the "Administrators" ) drop all these silly claims.

Ferran Soriano will come face to face with many of his detractors - and the #PL board that sanctioned the charges against #ManCity - during the two-day series of top-flight club meetings beginning in London on Thursday.

I trust the board on this and its a storm that will pass.
Of course there's a lot of vitriol from rival fans, that's mostly nonsense and to be ignored.
I think the outcome is a points deduction and fine, which will be challenged in the courts.

In my opinion, these are jumped up charges pushed by the scum clubs as the PL couldn’t get anything specific on us. This may sound like wishful thinking but I think this is CAS all over again but the difference is that we will get everything out, for once and all, which will prove we did nothing wrong.

I’m expecting a left hook followed by a straight right from us but the PL will finish with a low blow that will be accepted by the media. Inbetween, that’s where the scum clubs benefit as their media shills will be in full flow. Should we care, not at all.

PS. Was sat in work today and heard it piped up on the floor plate. Walked out and mentioned that it’s being driven by the usual red clubs to which a Rag and a Dipper, as well as an Ipswich fan, basically said that nothing would come of it as these were trumped up charges.

It’s not only us who know, most are aware of the way the scum clubs run the league.

It’s all about the pressure placed on the PL by the cartel clubs. They know the investigation was going nowhere so forced the issue prior to the government getting involved.

Anybody noticed how the charges in the statement were inaccurate which means that it was rushed and no diligence was completed prior to dissemination, not even bothering to give City notice?

PS. On an entirely different note, the energy companies are absolute cunts and can suck my balls.

From Blue Moon Martin Samual the Times

It was at this point that the City project went into overdrive. Sergio Agüero, Yaya Touré, David Silva, Roberto Mancini. The FFP drawbridge was shutting and they escalated recruitment rapidly to get inside the castle. The accusation remains that, in doing so, they were not honest. Maybe. But, paradoxically, they kept the league honest, because standards improved and have never been higher. City have helped make the Premier League the place to be, because the best players are here, the best managers and the best football. Still, watching mediocre United teams win title after title; that would definitely have been fun too.
