On a positive note, the club will have known for months what the investigation was delving into, i expect their defence to be well rehearsed. It all depends on how legal this case is. If its heard just by PL lackeys and stooges, i figure they will rip us a new arsehole and fuck us right royally. I'm just happy to get it out of the way. The club are using the same legal team as the CAS appeal, so they will be familiar with most of the issues.

I find it particularly outrageous that the PL has recharged on cases decided in our favour by CAS. The emails were taken into account by CAS but found not as damning as they appeared to UEFA at first sight. No new evidence there for the PL.

I also do not believe that our owners wanted to destroy the PL.

I've read the club statement which is always accurate in these circumstances.
I trust the board on this and its a storm that will pass.
Of course there's a lot of vitriol from rival fans, that's mostly nonsense and to be ignored.
I think the outcome is a points deduction and fine, which will be challenged in the courts.

In my opinion, these are jumped up charges pushed by the scum clubs as the PL couldn’t get anything specific on us. This may sound like wishful thinking but I think this is CAS all over again but the difference is that we will get everything out, for once and all, which will prove we did nothing wrong.

I’m expecting a left hook followed by a straight right from us but the PL will finish with a low blow that will be accepted by the media. Inbetween, that’s where the scum clubs benefit as their media shills will be in full flow. Should we care, not at all.

PS. Was sat in work today and heard it piped up on the floor plate. Walked out and mentioned that it’s being driven by the usual red clubs to which a Rag and a Dipper, as well as an Ipswich fan, basically said that nothing would come of it as these were trumped up charges.

It’s all about the pressure placed on the PL by the cartel clubs. They know the investigation was going nowhere so forced the issue prior to the government getting involved.

Anybody noticed how the charges in the statement were inaccurate which means that it was rushed and no diligence was completed prior to dissemination, not even bothering to give City notice?
