Klopp said 8 weeks? That Dipper medical team are useless, always making bad judgement calls :(
Keep playing that high defensive line guys and it will not matter who plays. Kev will hit the runners and we tear them a new arsehole. Simples.

I think there is little doubt about that.
Their big players rarely get niggly injuries that keep them sidelined despite playing most matches and running around at 100 mph.
In any sport whenever you read about fitness gurus and their specialized tailored training methods that keep sports people fit, extra sharp and decrease recovery times, it is usually a cover for some form of doping.
The Dipper squad have something like three times the national average for asthma sufferers.
So the Dipper asthma sufferers can play more often, run further and have fewer injuries than their opponents just by following Klopp's specialized guru's training methods?
Enough said.

This amused me.

A double whammy, as it would piss off the rags mightily, and Carl wouldn't need to change his baldie tag.

I wonder if this serious or a play to 'influence' the rags a la Fred ?

Probably the latter.
City seem to be making a habit of it, and it's not just Fred.
I believe they did the same with Pogba, Sanchez, Ladyboy and Slabhead.
The best bit is that the rags never learn.

To be fair to them thay have learnt how to become a joke club.

I can think of 3 reasons here that depend on what City think of Haag
1. City think that Haag might decide to go to the rags and are throwing a curve ball to upset that and make him rethink.
2. City already know Haag has rejected the rags and are just rubbing it in and takng the piss.
3. City have determined that Haag is definately not good enough anyway and are playing the rags into quickly signing him up

Given what Louis van Gaal said the other day, I suspect 2.

That was my pref too.

If the club really do know he has rejected them, then Pep's comment will have really pissed them off

Me too, not only do I suspect that's the case, but it's by far the funniest option.

just listening to Porky Pearce on MOTD tell the world we needed to beat Burnley to keep the title in our own hands. The fact that we could lose to Burnley and the title would still be in our hands has escaped his powers of reasoning.

The BBC motm isn't given but the public vote for it so it's possible to make anyone a 1/10 or a 10/10. So not quite as bad as first seems but the reporter should be awarding the motm.

All season long the story coming out of Klanfield is that the Egyptian King was not going to extend his contract and was being a greedy little shit asking for more money for carrying the team to their first title in however long it was. Now today, a week before we play them in the biggest game of the season, there has been a breakthrough and the Pharoah is ready to not only extend his contract but sign for the rest of his career.
This is the shit the media are going to be hitting us with for the rest of the week. Let's get our heads right, hopefully he players are doing the same. We are better than them, in every way possible. Let's show it on and off the park next Sunday.

Fuck them and every twat associated with them. We won't and should not give them a thought before Wednesday. Lets get the big gsme out of the way first and then give rhese bastards the welcome and pasting they deserve

Erik ten Hag being touted as a brilliant up and coming young manager, now that he’s linked to the Rags.

He’s one year older than Pep…

I think he's the leading candidate to replace Pep when he eventually moves on, real pity if he goes there, not many manager's would move to the other "Manchester" rival, after a time at one of the clubs. Would rather have Pep, but he seems in a similar mould.
