Money for Lampard won’t even enter the equation I’d have thought. He is a manager because he wants to be. Football is in his family and blood. He will feel the pressure all right, just in a different way to average Joe Public. They will stay up but probably by the skin of their teeth. They are a club in a mess though both off and on the pitch and he must wonder what he’s walked into
