Looking at what’s coming up, and the lack of tactical fouls that we do, all I can see is that we’re fucked.

Dropping to 2nd takes its toll, surely we’ve never been there before?

Ah there he is, so quiet last week.

I just want us to win the league mate

I’m even quieter this week - what’s your point ?

Ok carl

I apologise for not giving you much , if any , ammo for you to enter the match thread

Most other posters did , although we know who you prefer to respond to don’t we )))

P.S - we won’t win jack shit if we cannot shake off the Jekyll and Hyde act.

I am confident we will not lose at home with them, but not so sure we can win all of the rest of the games without a proper striker and without actually changing when things are not going our way.

I like the false nine system, it works well with us, but there are moments when you need someone in the box, someone who will be there. I've noticed last night, many of our crosses were searching for a striker. Either if there were long balls or short backpasses near the penalty spot.

We are in desperate need of a striker and sadly, Jesus is our only option (Delap will sadly not receive chances).

There are a lot more things that are needed to be said, but overall we lost our hunger. I have no idea what happened with them in the winter break in January, but they came back without the energy and desire to win things.
No one else to blame, to be honest, I am just surprised.

I am really looking forward for the international break, maybe they will get their heads out of their arse and come back strong.

The fact Delap wasn’t even on the bench tells us all we need to know. What’s the point in even going for Haaland?

Incredibly unlucky. It could have easily been 3 or 4 nil . In other years we would have lost that 1 nil . Take it on the chin it might be a useful point .
It’s no wonder all the armchairs get wound up listening to the likes of Neville Carragher and that fucking lamp post Hinchcliffe who Sky employ to fill your heads with pure shite !!! It’s on a level with Russian state tv !!!

Murdering thieving bin dipping cunts at home will decide the title this is what Russian state tv (sky) wants .
Not really here

Could just have easily been 3-3 or 4-4. Laporte, Walker and Cancelo all cocked up 1st half and then the Stones back header after he'd misjudged the bounce right to their guy in stoppage time. Luckily their finishing was as bad as ours.
Like you say it could be a good point, especially if dippers lose at Arsenal.

Asked why he did not turn to his subs bench, where he had Raheem Sterling, Ilkay Gundogan and Gabriel Jesus, he said: "I was thinking about Gabriel and Gundo but the players were playing good in a high, high rhythm. They know that when they play like this there is nothing to say.

You've got to take a bit of the blame for this Mase , you're only as good as your last match thread.

He was thinking of GJ and Gundo, quite honestly neither of whom would inspire to change the game.
We so lack firepower.
The false 9 bullshit is grand against most lesser teams.
Games like last night we needed a real striker. What did we have a striker who wants to be a winger, and a 19 year old not even considered. It's dreadful negligence how that situation was allowed to develop.

It certainly will cost us the CL and very possibly the league as well.
