The beeb are living in hope - :

Liverpool play twice before City's next Premier League game so can go top.

Beat Arsenal on Wednesday and Watford on Saturday, 2 April and Liverpool will go above City (for a couple of hours anyway as City play later that day). They could draw one of those games and still go top.

That’s not hope. It’s gonna happen.

All of our games will be like this: Burnley, Leeds, Wolves, West Ham.
We need to win all of them and we are, sadly, inconstant.

We need favors from other teams. Most likely it will not happen.

Sadly, I agree.
We are in a period of the season where we should be close to our full force, but we are actually out of steam for a while now.
You really cannot sign almost no one and expect the same over and over again.

To early to say.
We are still ahead of them ffs and if they do not beat us at ours we are still ahead.
Odds still favor us but we cannot afford to be so wasteful in front of goal.

On current form who is more likely to win? Because I am sad to say I don’t think it’s us

I say we are more likely to win it.
Depends how you look at it but I would take our position ahead of the Dippers.
The Dippers are not playing well (crap in fact) but are able to stick the ball in the net but they give up chances that other teams keep passing on.
If the Dippers win their game in hand, which is no gimme, they are still one point behind us and have to play us at ours.

Beat them at ours and it is very unlikely that they will catch us.

every game we take so many passes and most are either going back or sidewards, whereas the 1 touch football is gone, now we have a player touching the ball five times and then go back or a missing place pass, we do need to move the ball a lot fucking faster instead of taking age

and pep moaning about not having 5 subs and he doesn't put 1 on, next time he moans i hope a reporter says why don't you put any subs on, when you ask to have 5 subs

When it goes wrong it’s gut wrenchingly frustrating watching our slow possession based game.

Thought both full backs were poor, Rodri terrible as was Bernardo. Only ones creating were Kev and Jack. I'd have taken off Bern for Gundo

Didn't have the chance to look, but seem like our game went a bit off lately since Mr Whippy started disappearing from our first eleven without a detailed explanation.
At first, I thought it was covid, but now he is benched very often.

Are you completely disregarding the soft penalties they will get?

Can’t for the life of me understand how in a tight match like this no subs were made !! Gundo, Sterling and Jesus should have been on at some stage. The chances that fell to Bernie and Foden would have been scored by Sterling and Jesus. It wasn’t Bernie’s and Foden’s night so why keep them on ??
