Can we smash these fuckers please. Only beat them once at the Etihad since 2016 (apparently).

I am not confident at all - we seem to be a real Jekyll and Hyde over the last few weeks and I wouldn't be surprised if the scum beat us AGAIN at our place.
If PeP decides to fuck around by putting players like Bernardo out of their comfort zones then I think it will be deja vu again.

after watching him struggle at Everton & Peterborough it's a relief - back after the international break just in time for the dippers. Hopefully Ake will get fit soon as cover for Stones & Laporte.

Stones and Laporte have done well together this season havent they?

Dias has looked terrible last few games.

He struggles because he is playing out of position and having Walker who's awol, Laporte who is Benny Hill and Cancelo who at times thinks he is Garrincha.

Stones and Laporte are classed as two top class experienced defenders. At some point they’re going to have to act like it and take on some responsibility. Dias can’t always hold their hand.

How come it's always someone elses fault when 1 of your favourites is shit. He wasn't out of position in either game.
Stones/ Laporte record together is something like 13 wins and a draw out of 14 games and only 1 goal conceded.
Best defensive record in the league- not bad with an AWOL, Benny Hill and Garrincha.

I love Dias but he's having his 1st dodgy spell since coming here.
Stones/Laporte were superb against Chelsea.

No worries with Stones and Laporte.
To win we need to defend against their counter attacking and attack directly at speed.

IMO in defense we need Walker and Stones with Rodri as the DM for pace, positioning, recovery and concentration. In attack I would go with Bern, Foden, DeBryne, Grealish and Mahrez. Don't mind if Sterling is one of the five, he is playing well again. Gundo in reserve if we need to nick a goal in the last 20 mins. Jesus is not match sharp yet.

Will be interesting to see if the Rags put in a shift for 90 mins. If they don't we win comfortably. If they do I am worried. They are very pacy on the break and if they get the ball into Ronaldo quickly he can score.

Do you ever take off your blue tinted specs ?

We have been a jekyll and Hyde team of late and if you don’t agree then you obviously have not been watching any of the last few matches .

Anyone , almost anyone , with a brain can see have been playing shit lately and the scum have done us many times at our place so obviously it doesn’t bode well for Sunday .

The above points are factual so tell me there is nothing to be concerned about ?
