I don’t see it as a penalty but expected it from the the officials. For it not to be even looked at by the VAR tells its own story.

Did not see them that much since the takeover, but I think that is very possible.
They pose a threat. I still don't understand who they couldn't get someone better than Howe. I like Eddie, but there are a few world class managers available and then I remembered that early article about the "big clubs" deciding not to sell players to Newcastle.
