They've been compact and difficult to break down but we've stopped them creating anything clear cut. Stamp out the mistakes and we'll be fine I reckon

A bit too sloppy and lucky not to be 1-1, that was a goal 100%. Ed was blessed to get away with that cock up.
Rodri, never a pen, too soft.

Anyway if we can settle and up our game this tie is there for the taking.

Understandable that the players are nervous. The quadruple and never winning CL is mentioned by the media and commentators every minute. They know what they’re doing.

We have a mental issue with this.

I’m sure it comes from the manager having an inferiority complex about City in Europe

Expect the referee to try and even out the fuck up he made for the disallowed goal in the second half.

Definitely need a second and possibly a third

I can see Can getting a second yellow and being sent off and everyone using that as an excuse - because he shouldn’t have got the first one.

Guys, while the ref got it wrong for the penalty, awarding it for a high boot or connection to Rodders head, was it still not a foul given that Can's backflick made connection with Rodders thigh and was nowhere near the ball?

As for "their" goal, he's going in with a stretched out leg , always a foul , he is not tackling with the inside of his foot as you normally do going into a tackle.. Always a foul.

I think we will be ok, we need to go at them , goals will come.

Must be used to no pressure. We’re taking far too long on the ball.

Are you serious? If we had a goal chalked off for that we’d be screaming conspiracies. Never a foul, if anything Ed clumsily boots Bellingham.

Yes it was a penalty. Although not vicious, just clumsy. I've seem worse given.
