I dont see the problem in loaning out young players to get much needed experience, and i dont see the problem in selling them on if they are not at our level.

Douglas Luis was another who struggled to get enough work permit points with us, so a loan or sale were the only options. He's a good player now, because of the experience he got elsewhere, but still not at the level we require.
