These are not FFP charges, but non compliance with the PL rule Book.

Although there are no statute of limitations on these matters, a Lawyer could reasonably argue going back so long is not in the spirit of the rules.

The process of investigating could take years

Nobody will come out of this smelling of roses.

This process is unprecedented.

Appeal is possible to another panel

Highly unlikely it will result in relegation and/or retrospective stripping of points/titles

We can be found not guilty, but this does not prove we are innocent it means they couldn’t prove we are guilty.

I think that’s enough for now.

Fair points until the last one. In my opinion if auditors have been looking into our affairs for 4 years and cannot get a guilty verdict of the charges then we are most definitely innocent.

I think it's common knowledge we wanted wank pogba. Another big bullet dodged.

They were in the CAS proceedings and already checked out in proper context and are fine.

What the mongs don't understand is that most sponsors sponsor the whole group so pay into the ADUG accounts and that hey dispersed to the clubs pro rata. Those emails just show how the funds are passed around the group

When this nonsense is over anything less than resignations, a public apology from PL and Media outlets and a restraining order on gobber should not be accepted from us.

I know, they are all the same, Ian Herbert saying whatever happens we are tarnished, others saying titles and points should be taken off us, shower of cunts the lot of them, However I was listening to a podcast by some lawyer guys who did state the process would be years, not months, unless of course there was some kind of agreement reached between the club and PL, that might be best outcome , but who knows what will happen ?

It’s interesting that the media have concluded that we are guilty, as they did at CAS, yet the fans of other clubs that I talk to are saying nothing will come of it. They maybe a little older, like me, and wiser in their opinion, but why would they come to this conclusion when all the media are taking the opposite view?

Is that possible?
Once an 'independent commission' starts investigating, I assume it is out of the control of both parties i.e. City and PL. Neither party could get involved with the commission to negotiate a deal? The commission would not be able to negotiate, they are just there to process the fact, reach conclusions, dish out penalties if appropriate?

Can anyone confirm this ?

“”Murray Rosen a minority Arsenal shareholder and season ticket holder who has previously advised on matters relating to investigations concerning City for the last five years will be the chairman of the committee which arbitrate on the 115 charges against City.
Charges Rosen himself actively recommended .
As chairman of the" independent panel", Rosen will select those who will join the " Independent committe" that will investigate and decide on City's Charges.
Another proposed member of the "independent panel" is Tim lewis, tax expert and accounting professional...also a non executive director of Arsenal.

Does anyone else see a problem here?
This has all the makings of a kangaroo court. Might as well just declare City guilty now and save the charade of " independent panel" over the next two to three years of deliberation.”

It's been highlighted in the media, I think they shot themselves by doing so. If they do us, it will be precieved as bit of coincidence for this to come out now when Arsenal challenging for title.

We should make a big deal out of it, I think the club should put out a statement, it might not change the outcome but will certainly rattle cages and stir the media.

It could be the best thing they could do - make it so City have enough ammunition when we do go to the High Court to say it wasn’t impartial. They’re honestly the thickest bunch out there

The PL probably believe putting the word Independent in front is all that matters. For their sakes I hope they have a bit more to their case but I do think like most on here, that this is not the case and the major driving force is that the two red shit clubs at opposite ends of the east lancs are being whored around for sale and they are pushing their sale values up and trying to stitch us up in the process. It's a perfect storm for them if we are hit with a transfer ban whilst they can invest their sale profits unchallenged

My gut tells me we don’t get fair, it will never be independent and the end game is snidely cunts like David Gill and others ruining us. The two pieces of red shit are hellbent on it. Rather accept the challenge of competition they want us gone. They’ve added yank owned cockneys to the plan along with debt riddled losers like Spurs. It’s a war we have to win no fannying around it’s all or nothing and I fancy our chances as they are bunch of deceitful cunts who will turn on each other. The rags and the scums fans may as well form one cub they are that close at boardroom level. The Premier League is bent time to prove it IMO.

When they said "independent panel", what they failed to explain was that it will be made up of people who independently hate City. Twats, the lot of them.

And here we go…

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/64578730

Premier League have been stitched up here by the red shite. They’ve pushed for this to keep them happy, when the red shite know this will likely push us towards this Super League, which they want.

Premier League have been done up.
