Once an 'independent commission' starts investigating, I assume it is out of the control of both parties i.e. City and PL. Neither party could get involved with the commission to negotiate a deal? The commission would not be able to negotiate, they are just there to process the fact, reach conclusions, dish out penalties if appropriate?

The PL probably believe putting the word Independent in front is all that matters. For their sakes I hope they have a bit more to their case but I do think like most on here, that this is not the case and the major driving force is that the two red shit clubs at opposite ends of the east lancs are being whored around for sale and they are pushing their sale values up and trying to stitch us up in the process. My gut tells me we don’t get fair, it will never be independent and the end game is snidely cunts like David Gill and others ruining us. The two pieces of red shit are hellbent on it.
