Although there are no statute of limitations on these matters, a Lawyer could reasonably argue going back so long is not in the spirit of the rules.

Fair points until the last one. In my opinion if auditors have been looking into our affairs for 4 years and cannot get a guilty verdict of the charges then we are most definitely innocent.
