City have rejected an approach from Inter Milan to take Stevan Jovetic on loan next season with a view to buy at the end.
Steven Jovetic made just 16 appearances last season after suffering a series of injuries. However, the Montenegro forward scored six goals and looked composed and fit in the final games of the season.
Jovetic offers something different to City’s attack, is direct with his shooting, and will want to push for a starting position this season now the injuries are behind him.
