The commentator just now on Rashford.

Take a bow son

Ive just looked at stats and it seems he has never scored a hat trick in the PL, funny how Erling has scored four in 19 games, the nearest is RVN at 65 games, is on 23 goals just over half way and Rashford is on about 10……are thes people real ?

I heard something yesterday which said that he was on 20 odd goals for the season so thought I’d have a quick check. Turns out he’s got 9 in the league and the rest are bulked out against the 2nd tier clubs in the cups and Europa and 3 were actually from the World Cup.

On first sight it looks quite impressive. On analysis, not quite so good.

Rashford's form picked up when he needed to make the WC squad and now he is playing for a new contract.
Is that due to coincidence or recovery from injuries or personal circumstances - take your pick.

What is certain is he is being over hyped - again.
MU they have a salary cap of £200K! Is Rashford going to stay at MU for less money (not a chance) imo
So either MU stump up or Rashford moves.

If I was paying his salary after a new contract is signed I would be worried.
Will he lose interest as soon as the ink is dry?
How much of the salary is due to him being over hyped.
