Of course we need the players to get us going to a certain extent. To think anything other than that is delusional Hazy. That early Alverez goal second half literally got our fans going - there’s the proof of you need it.

Peps asking where was the team and fans 1st half. Seems fair to me as the performance and atmosphere was flat. I don’t see the issue Mase he was bang on.

He wasn’t though mate. It’s a 90 minute game - our fans were exceptional second half. Why didn’t he mention that?

All seater stadium, complacency due to recent success, all add to the lack of atmosphere but the turnoff for me is the possession football when it is carried out at slow place. Watching 30 odd passes backwards and sideways ending in a snuffed out attempt by a team parking the bus is fucking boring. It used to be a rarity in a game and only when the opposition was put to bed, continuous passing followed with Oles, now its common place and its unusual to play fast direct football with an attempt on goal. The atmosphere is ultimately generated by what is happening on the pitch

Manager wants some atmosphere, he has got to send his players out to do a bit better than that.

Pep is a sulker - he will says he’s leaving if the players don’t play better, he’s said as much already .

At the end of the day he’s been given EVERYTHING he’s asked for , and more , so the football we play is his responsibility.

We have played shit this season and his chopping and changing has done us few favours -
We have 100% gone backwards compared to previous seasons .

I do genuinely think he has them playing within themselves in the first half. They always look as if they are trying harder in the second half of games.

McAteer is better known for being brain dead than for playing football.
