It is for Brentford, they will feel they dropped two points tonight. They were totally dominant

Yeah I know but I don’t give a fuck about Brentford

Go on Harry, you know you do really.

I think the Saudi league will slowly fall apart soon. Ronaldo has tried to force his way out as well

I see Darwin Nunez has been dropped from the squad of whatever team he is at since Benzema went there.

Remember the dippers claiming he was better than Haaland

Forgot all about Steve Penk. He was funny as fuck on his radio shows.
Cannot have enough of these references for the Arse, we all know getting over the line is the big one. In years gone by, us in the current position we'd be favourites to win the PL. It's Arsenal's to lose atm. Think we will still fall short in the PL, but got to fancy us in the cups

I dunno, 4 points behind with them still to play, and I think we're firmly in the driving seat at this stage regardless whether it's in their own hands.

Thing is, both sides will drop points - we're dropping points because we're still struggling with our identity - they are dropping points they absolutely shouldn't be if they had title aspirations. This title should be over by now, they are absolute bottle merchants.

Between now and the league cup final, the next 5 games for us are very winnable, whereas I feel there's a decent chance of them dropping at least 4 points even before we play them. If they get through the next 5 games unscathed, they deserve the title - but I feel the heat is building for them.

My prediction is that by the time we play them we'll be at least level, if not in front of them, they win the league cup final, get all billy big balls, then we beat them in the league.

I can't believe at this stage there's even still a chance of winning the league, but I'm becoming increasingly confident we're gonna see the worst league champions in a long time on around 80-83 points.

Agree. We've been painful to watch this year but arsenal seem incapable of holding their nerve once you get into February. We've dropped so many points they should be at least 12 ahead now if they were serious about winning the league.

Arteta has been great with giving them consistency from before he joined, but he is not a PL winning manager. His style is too conservative, over reliant on a small group of players even though they have a big squad, and he has a losers mentality. Combine all of this and you get the perfect arsenal manager, strong start to the season but come undone when their players are exhausted (look how poor Saka & Odegaard have been this year) and they pick up too many draws because Arteta is scared to actually go for a win.

A few weeks ago I was pretty glib about our chances. But as long as we can eek out some wins, its hard to see arsenal not imploding and dropping stupid points in the run in.

I agree with above, however it says more about the standard of PL that we are still in with a shout after some of the most dismal football we have played in years.

Some looking too far into the future.

Cup this weekend, both games for city and the arse should be won . Arse go to wolves next wednesday. Even next week, if they do not get three points the whole world will be on their case and the pressure starts to build on them. At the moment it isn't worth speculating any further than the next games

A cup final , chumps league fa cup and pl still ongoing.
Just concentrate on winning the next game and then the next.

Why have the Arse got a stand alone PL game midweek, is it to try and get them more points ahead maybe ? Or is there another reason ?

Premier league moved the Arsenal game to this Wednesday because they can put it on telly and because they can move it to this week. They couldn't move our Palace game to this midweek because Palace are playing in Europe on Thursday. They will have to find a time to move our Palace game to at another point. They'll most likely wait to see how we both get on in Europe but it's looking likely to be in the week between the Arsenal home game and the Burnley away game.

Vinicius Junior crying wolf again. As Mourinho has said -

The former Real Madrid and Chelsea boss said: "There is something wrong because it happens in every stadium.

"A stadium where Vinicius plays something happens, always."
