I cant see us being cleared of all charges. You throw enough shit some of it sticks. I am expecting to be cleared of the most serious allegations. But we will be done on technicalities, non co-operation, etc.
Yes it will linger for years, probably ten years or more.

Agree. The guys all praise for Pep. Not seen him being repulsive on the sidelines. Seems decent.

No it wasn't anything like that mate, it was basically like a child wrote the headline. Didn't make any sense.

But obviously after they posted it on the world wide Web someone in the kip got onto then to correct it.

Journalism these days is pure amateur bullshit, whether it's contents of lies or just piss poor use of the English language.

While we're on the subject of poor content - any curious as to how this new regulator will go about proving that Manchester City are owned by a country?

I'm intrigued

Delap wanted by a host of top clubs.

Makes me sick how we allowed all these fucking players to go and before you pep apologists say it isn't peps fault, well it fucking was and it is.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

Don't disagree but the player(s) only go if they either want to because they don't see themselves getting the game time and / or it suits us. I rated Delap he was raw and could put himself about but he's not replacing Haaland and as we are never playing 2 up top, hes never playing. Pep wants a small squad with players able to play multi roles. It's fucking killing us now due to injuries so that small squad is on him. We are seeing some of these youngsters thrive elsewhere as they are given the chance that we couldn't or wouldn't but what pisses me off more is that we replace them with higher priced lesser quality

Palmer only asked to go on loan and it was US that told him to leave properly.

Is it not up to us as a club to convince the promising kids, and any other player we value, that this is the best place for them?

We have a “oh you wanna go, okay” attitude with senior players and it seems the same for the kids.

It needs to change because at the moment Delap, Palmer, Rogers, Harwood-Bellis are having better seasons than a lot of our lot.

Surely the promising kids should see that this is the best place? The issue is that we don't give them the playing time. Fuck knows what happened with Palmer most could see he was a talent. Maybe we already had Savio coming in and thought him a better option - he's nowhere near Palmer at present. I'd have kept THB but again, if all 4 cbs are fit he wouldn't play. He's certainly a better player than Akanji imo but too often the kids see their path blocked and don't hang about. I don't mind the attitude of go if you want to but it has to work for us with a replacement lined up.

Promising kids are exactly that - kids. They don’t have a fuckin clue really do they. We didn’t at 18. It’s up to us to show them - this is the place you want to play.

Palmer going and smashing it doesn’t help. Neither does McAtee staying and playing 10 minutes every 2
Months! (He was crap the other night, granted)

That's the other side we see wirh some of the kids and the likes of nunes, because they are not playing regularly, they try too hard when they get 10-15 mins every month or so and it doesn't work out. McAtee will go inthe next window and we will be another one down

Rumour has it Leeds want him, they are doing well in championship & could tempt him with regular football & possibly PL next season. I think he might take that.

Carl, everything is his fault. We get it.

Are all the trophies his fault too though?

It's just that I've never seen you praise him in any substantial way since he joined.

Which is pretty mind blowing
