You are correct Jack is embarrassing. 100 mill and he can't shoot properly.
Silly comments to go with your earlier even sillier ones. Give your head a wobble (as they say  )

Give up with your crass comments eh ? Jack was average tonight, delivered nothing.
Not crass, truthful - you need to understand the game better - this was a tough tough match against a very composed 11 man deep block with high class players on the break. Jack was a key figure for us and played very well.

Oh dear oh dear , so you have learnt how to cut and paste with your mouse from the BBC web site?

You do know that idiots get on there and vote stupidly . Jack was awarded motm in the first pl game. He only came on at the end when it was over.

More importantly , who trusts any crap that the BBC put out ? They are unreliable.

Who gives these marks ?

Bit of a dull one over the 90 with a few bits of flair sprinkled in. The new format makes a draw in these games a decent result for both which in turn will make the early cl games even more dull I fear.
Tracking back is overrated.

he was our MoM - worked his socks off and set up all our half chances, saved a certain goal too.

Motm ?!?! Are you high? His trademark go backwards or central slow it down. Need to be quicker against twats that get the full team back.

played well. quite a few of you exposing your lack of football knowledge tonight

He is supposed to be one of the main threats on the left hand side taking people on. Shooting and putting dangerous balls into haaland.

Bern is wasted on the right. Kev was off it and foden is rusty.

That's not what Grealish is in the side for. I'm sure Pep will be happy with his performance and so was I

As you say, ‘Usual’.

Reminded me of a typical PL ref, trying to balance the play. Just another one who plays to the brand.

Pep says he had decided to make the two substitutions before Kevin got injured. He felt Gundogan and Foden were the best players he had finding pockets of space and that he needed players like that given how Inter defended. He was pretty upbeat about the performance. Obviously would have preferred a win but he seemed happy enough with a draw. No word on Kevin’s injury.

Obviously he agreed with us then

I think you're missing the point, he's a good player but not worth 100m. For that price, I expect more than doing a job. Let's put it in perspective, he cost us as much as Haaland and KDB combined transfer fees. Or, Gundo, Kova and Roderi combined transfer fees. He's our most expensive player, it's natural to expect more.

Grealish didn’t tell City to pay £100m for him, we chose to. His cost is nothing to do with him.

If you want to moan about his price have a go at Txiki - he paid it.

It’s a long ol’ season.

Rodri very rusty. Kev way way off it. Foden rusty. Bern wasted. Haaland isolated.

Some positives -

Ed made some good saves
Lewis - always making himself available for the ball. He’s 19 years old and playing for the best team in the world
Josko is getting better and better

I thought Grealish was spot on. Thats exactly what Pep wants from his wingers in the big games and it works for us. Thats the reason he was kept on and savio whipped at HT. Same reason he wasnt replaced by doku.

If doku and savio play 90 last night, they beat a few players, look threatening but ultimately do nothing as end product and leave us massively exposed to the counter resulting in a likely loss. Savio will have likely dived and waved his hands at the crowd several times to get them going(whats that all about have we become the dippers?).
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Grealish did everything required of him when Kevin was on. Jack holds up the ball, waits for Kevin to float around him before releasing. Jack is probably our best player alongside rodri at ball retention, he also has a brilliant knack of knowing when to release it. When Kevin went off he didn't have the outlet he needed, was always doubled up with no support when out on the left which lead to him drifting inside looking for links.

He's a much smarter player than people credit him for. He played well last night.

Inter doubled up on Grealish and Savio every time. The only way to stop that is to find them in space asap so that the extra man hasn’t had time to shuffle across. Absent that it’s no good complaining when they go inside or pass back. The alternative is to try to take both defenders on and mostly lose the ball exposing City to quick transitions.
