TBH if someone in the loop actually has done that, then the club deserves what it gets.
Remember, UEFA have acted as judge and jury on the basis of documentation that was:
- Illegally obtained in an incomplete form
- Selectively shared with Der Spiegel
- Selectively shared by Der Spiegel
That's a hell of a lot of curation that's gone on (aside from the original criminal offence on which UEFA's case is built), and it wouldn't stand up in a court of law if this were a criminal case. It's the equivalent someone breaking into a stately home, photographing paintings on the walls in two rooms, sharing some of the pictures with a friend, then that friend sharing pictures with cherubs in with the police, and the owner of the house being done for possession of child pornography.

And this is what I hope uefa are thinking therefore a reduced ban/fine.
The perfect scenario is we're exonerated of all charges, on the previso no beans are spilled regarding the corrupt bastards. Both parties will probably be happy with this.
By all accounts, the club has already been offered a deal, and turned it down.
The club maintains that they're innocent, and refuse to take a rap on the knuckles, as that would admit guilt.
It's all or nothing.
And although I can see your perfect scenario happening, in my view the perfect scenario would be that we're exonerated of all charges, and UEFA's stitch up attempts are made public.

I think UEFA have had their PR busy behind the scenes to limit the fallout, and will try to lay the blame on Der Spiegel.

The real conundrum to this case is that Aleksander Ceferin has gone out of his way on several occasions to distance himself from it , bizarre in every way !

I agree - 100% they have offered a watered down deal and we have said no.........I think legally we are 100% in the right and probably not so right once we drift from the legal angle.
I think CAS will lean towards the legal angle as trying to appease UEFA will see them ignoring basic law.

1 year ban I think is most likely. I think upholding 2 is more likely than exonerated.

Just read that the murderers can play all their games at home , as the Mayor has said the fans will behave and not show up ( yeah right) But Everton has to play their game against the Cunts at a neutral venue because of them showing up ,
How does that work

Being banned for a year won’t be too bad, but will help us massively with the league and getting rest between matches. Plus a year away from that poisonous shitty competition would be good for me.

I’m not sure, mate. If we are found none compliant then it could affect the PL licensing regulations.
This is huge in terms of how we will be perceived and you can bet your bottom dollar that the PL cartel clubs will push for rescinding trophy’s post our first title.

I agree but I think we all know that it wouldnt be right, and if we accept a bumming from fbe cunts I'm done with the competition.
They are bent. We may have evidence?
We MAY have been creative with the rules (any Business / accountant) but any evidence they have on this was obtained illegally therefore cant be evidence?
Add to that the process has been unjust?
