Best of luck, mate.
Ditto.
I've not always had a job I wanted but never not worked so really hope you get it.
Thanks for the comments last week (they help when you’ve hit rock bottom) bit of good news I now work for a pharmaceutical company producing cancer/arthritis/paracetamol drugs etc. In Newcastle, seems like a really good company and are taking the social distancing/hygiene and protection of the staff very serious. All in all I’m buzzing to be working again had a great first week.
Glad to hear you're got something sorted mate - always good to hear some positive news in these times

If you're looking for summat to watch
Just seen an advert for new (to UK) TV series, if you have access to FOX HD.
Called Emergence kind of hard to explain but looks good, think it said 20th April?

Both me and my wife are 56 and key workers so got to get on with it , we had so much planned for next year when we were going to retire but a lot of that will probably have to change due to the economic impact unless the stock market recovers next year.
However cannot complain and how could i when the people in the NHS front-line are literally putting their lives on the lines each day , taken for granted and abused by so many , i have nothing but admiration and respect for them and if anything good does come of this is that all political parties and people who serve in power should not forget this time and the real heroes of our society.

It eventually will so if you have shares then do nothing.

Good lad !! City64 will be ever so pleased!!
I am not sure if you know but I went to the EXPO in London in Jan/Feb for the Gaming show and I put in orders for new slot machines as me and my partner are setting up a couple of casinos in Jamaica as soon as this CV situation is over.............whatever deal I made in Feb is now null and void..I want to see tears from these suppliers when I re order as i am sure all companies will be bending over back wards, and being 'cash rich' will have more benefits globally, this time around
On a personal note , I will have to down size all our properties but casinos will go on just like Pubs and Restaurants..its just a case of re organizing and adapting till we get some normality back in the entertainment sector - I will be happy to break even till 2021 to be honest.
Currently , I'm going through my wine cellar and keeping myself busy in the kitchen - watching all the you tube Gordon Ramsey recipes !!
Its just fun to actually having all the time in the world to focus on stuff we didn't really focus on before.
I have always lived life to the fullest so this hasn't changed me in that sense but I am sure a lot of people will now forget about saving every fuckign dollar and start to enjoy life more than they did before.
It can always be taken away at any given time..........lock down..wtf !!! you only see that on telly ffs !!
Enjoy Tackle !!!

It’s now over a month since we’ve gone into lockdown here in Sydney. We’re all OK and looking forward to be released !! Watching a ton of TV. I have all the apps, Amazon, Netflix etc. but feel I’m running out of content ! Luckily I tape all City matches and I am rewatching them now. Last night I watched and enjoyed the last match v Leicester. It helps. Stay safe fellow blues.

All the experts say it will and the world needs a healthy market to function , but I just think it is going to take a very long time pal.

i disagree. the recovery will be quick and the there will be a period of rapid advancement in most industries with more collaboration and huge investment in a more diversified supply chain that means the world is less reliant on china.
loads of businesses locally to me have adapted amazingly in the last few week and will continue to reap the rewards in the years to come.
5G will also play a huge part.
the 20s will be roaring!!

Still gotta work most days looking after a student campus - we've got about 200 left/stranded. Drinking more than usual at home and watched every Midsomer Murders several times over.
Garden absolutely perfect and now bored shitless drinking vino tinto and watching the ever entertaining Expedition Unknown on Discovery

I have to rely on the markets to get more investment but I am not too worried as they will 100% bounce back.
The more first world governments come out of this lock down the more they will improve.
I am looking forward to 2021 as it will be a colossal year for business !!! 2020 is just about consolidation .
