Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

So that means we'll thrash them.
Is that how this works?
It seems so.
Great day.
City win.
United fall a further 2 points behind. That cunt Herrera sent off. That cunt Mourinho sent to the stands and into a sulk.
Great day.
The only thing wrong so far is that, at half time, the Dippers are beating Palace 3-2.

It's a no for Fernando in a full back position, just too slow to play there.
Curiously, before just about every League game when we're feeling tense, nervous and full of foreboding, nottsblue and myself usually agree we'd both be happy to take a scrappy, fortunate 1-0 victory and just be relieved to come away with the three points. I'd have been happy with such a result this afternoon and I'm sure NB would also.
For some reason today however, neither of us posted anything to that effect and, at the risk of being ridiculously superstitious, I wonder if we've both been jinxing the team in some way, by airing our apprehensions fairly openly ??
So how's about it NB; shall we try a different approach in future and see if we can help the team by keeping our pre-match worries to ourselves ?? It won't be easy but is it worth a try ??
Haha MC. I actually posted in CM thread of the opposition fans thoughts I was worried about today and had a sinking feeling which had no reason behind it other than 'Cityitis'.
Could not have been more wrong. But that is part of the fun of the game for me as the PL and football in general always throws surprises into the equation which keeps us all coming back for more

It seemed like just the sort of fixture we didn't need today, against a turgid and stubborn WBA. It's fantastic that we blew them away. 2 goals for Gundo too which will do him no harm. Life feels slot better after a win!

Great day, great win. But this Kolarov fella, how can he get a place in this team?
He's to limited, would love to see Maffeo again today.

Really? You're singling out a player after that performance?
Probably the weakest for me was Bravo and only because he had nearly nothing to do all game. Watch it again and see how Kolarov can find a teammate with a header and knows when to say "fuck Pep's policy" and hoof the damn ball.
Then go back and watch the first half against Utd and wonder why our best, most experienced defender and captain can't do the same.
Also as far as fullbacks go, the right side was left for dead a couple of times and West Brom's most attacking moments seem to come from that side. Never thought I'd be saying "thank god for Otamendi" but I did twice in that second half.

Like i wrote Slim, great win and day!
Mata's goal was 100% his fault. He dodge the ball, watch it.
Komps or anybody but Nasri would do that.
Then he tried to drible of Zlatan and offcourse lost the ball as last man.
He has power in his one leg, but thats all there is.
I think Maffeo is a great prospect and Brom would be a good team for him to meet.

So surely you should be referring to Fernando? As it was Fernando that took the position Maffeo would have played, not Kolarov.

This Kolarov nonsense is beyond stupid. He's been a valuable member of the team all season. Put in some bloody solid displays and yesterday was another, imo

Isn't it wonderful when some of your previous posts come back to haunt you.
It's like jumping into a puddle only to find it's really a flooded manhole and you're in muddy water up to your neck.
It's all good fun really.......

I'm not sure if you were around during the Rag Hater days, he's been banned from the site before for being a wind-up merchant.

He was seriously fucked in the head.
Absolutely brain dead.
We've had one or two bad ones in here. I do believe they were city fans in their own twisted minds.
The current one?
Absolutely not.
