The booing of him is utterly pathetic, they are fucking sheep, thick as shit.
I totally agree. However, it would be good to combat the abuse with a good chant.
Shame we don't have one yet. There is time. I have my thinking cap on.
We should adopt that Will Griggs song and make it about Raheem.
With both that and the Guardiola song the eastlands would be bouncing!
you're no gary barlow are you?

This one needs some work, but it's a start. I expect to hear it next time I'm over ...
To the tune of the blues Borther's version of Rawhide:
Sterling Sterling Sterling
Sterling Sterling Sterling
Sterling Sterling Sterling
Sterling Sterling Sterling
RAHEEM
Sterling Sterling Sterling
On the wing he's whirling
Keep defenders swirling
RAHEEM
Rain and wind and weather
Light as a feather
Flying past defenders on the side
A chance or two he's missin
but he never goes missin
just keep on passing him out wideBuy a house (make em boo)
Make em boo (buy a car)
Buy two cars (make em boo)
RAHEEM
Score a goal (shot em up)
Shut em up (make a pass)
Score a goal (shut em up)
RAHEEM
The part in italics could/should probably be left out (too complicated)

KDB has Raheem's back. Good man.
i think most of the fans booing sterling know that it's silly and are just doing it for a laugh. it's become a parody of thick-headed dipper fans (or football fans in general).

This. It's just "what you do to Sterling."
Which we've only got the scouse filth media to blame really. They basically have succesfully bullied the fuck out of him in hopes that the next world class talent that considers leaving feels career-threatening angst so that maybe he will stay.
Disgusting at the highest levels. I wish I had a list of all the cunts that basically perpetrated this when he made the switch. It was like boiling a frog. Slow and steady and the. Boom. He's a snake to everyone. Always.
He will overcome this tho. I can feel it. Already has tbh.
Go on Raheem and make yourself a little City legend mon frere.
Cheers

Whatever the chant for Sterling when boo'ed, I think it should be to the tune of You'll Never Walk Alone.

Little Englanders.
I thought that when Pep got here Sterling would either take off or get fucked off. I'm glad it's the former and he really does look a quality player now.

They booed his name on the team sheet pretty game. They booed his touches and then shut up when he scored and we gave them abuse about the booing. Alistair Mann in city square talked about it and said how stupid it is from opposition fans. He doesn't understand why they are doing and and tbh I don't think they know either.

Saw a stat today. Averaged 7km per game last season and is over 10km this season. If you are in the game and looking for the ball and space you will get your rewards

I watched it on an NBC stream, and they made quite a big point of that particular stat.
If you can get to watch our matches on NBC (you can get the streams reasonably easily, or of course you can emigrate to the States) I would highly recommend it, the commentary and punditing are really refreshing, not a hint of any sort of bias, and no bitterness.
Never thought I'd ever be singing the praises of US TV.
