Sky keeping the farce up today...
"Between them, both manchester clubs have spent almost 140m between them today alone".
"Stones' fee could rise to 50m"
So what could pogba's fee rise to then? Or do they know everything about our fee structures and nothing about the rags?
Agendas. Always agendas.

I hope they keep Mr Stones well away from the cameras for the next few years after today's video performance. Good grief.

BT just quoting how much we have spent on CBs in the last few seasons saying something in the region of 174 million. Also saying the rags buys will immediately make them better but our buys maybe aren't guaranteed to be better than we already have.

Just seen a team made up of the 11 most expensive players. I thought there would be at least 10 Blues in there given all the hype about our spending........not one.

SSN reporting that the deal is £47.5m up front with £2.5m payable in add ons if we win the CL. All correct. Then in the next caption they show the ins and out of the clubs and he is priced at the full £50m. They aren't even consistent.
Of course #Pogback is reported as the deal of the century with no mention of add ons or the agents fee.

Hit the UK today and thought I'd try TalkSport to see what I may have missed during the drive. To my surprise, I first learnt that the Stones signing had been announced but then tagged along with the Pogba deal. Strangely, the Rag deal was announced as great business while ours was the huge sum paid once again.
Sure to say the off button was promptly hit.
In the words of my Old Man, "Life will never be the same without Man City, so get it in while you can".

Sign of how shite they are at the mo. Not hard to improve.
I'm sure that's not how they meant it though.

Mentioned this in another thread ....... John Stones only cost around £12 million more than what the rags paid for camel gob around 14 years ago !
Media bias / agenda surfaces yet again !

They have deliberately short selective memories and one eyed opinions. Not just limited to football at the moment either.

Looking at the past few days comments from the swamp, dare I suggest the Jose "I am a cunt" is back at full throttle, I give him 6-12 month period, until meltdown, if the managers he attacks can manage to give him nothing to work with, he will be ruined with anger. Could be epic,

One of the headline stories on BBC webshite - "Is Stones worth £47.5m?"
On the other hand the usual ex Rags are queuing up to say what wonderful value Pogba is.

Im sure if both take time to find their feet we will only see one afforded some leeway on that score. If you were to swap them around im sure stones would suddenly find the leeway would be his. Cynical? You fucking bet I am, but even with the limited amount of media hot air I expose myself to nowadays its clear where the favouratism lies.

The latest headline on the BBC pages is how Pogba and Zlatan will give the rags an extra 10 points a year. Based apparently on the assists and goals scored in the Italian and French leagues last season. Superb analysis.
