He is not as deep lying as Yaya could be. KDBs best work is in the final third. He doesn't influene games in midfield the way Yaya used to. In that final third though, he is a superstar in the making. I would see KDB as the replacement of Silva myself
Even though he's spent the majority of his career in deeper roles, Yaya's best days with us were as a #10 playing off a lone Tevez, Aguero or Dzeko under (for the most part) Mancini.
KDB's performance at Chelsea was highly reminiscent of that Yaya of old. Look at the breakaway for the second goal.
