Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

The Europa League now has lot more significance due to the winners going into the following seasons CL so I think most teams will take it more seriously. Thursday night football has got a lot more desirable imo.
That's what Scouse thought and they failed and ended up with nothing....

Will be interesting next few weeks as probably every player who has ever played for a Mourinho side will be likely linked with a move to the swamp. Of course, they all love Thursday night football.
And everyone at his last 2 clubs loved having him as a manager...

Saw this morning that Swansea are interested in resigning Bony for £16m. Would be the best bit of business in the summer if true

If we get 16 million for Bony we'll be doing well. Since he made the move he's been a total disaster really. He may get his swagger back at a mid table team but playing at the top level with quality players around him was a step too far for him he's out of his depth at City.
9/10 managers would have given Nacho the game time ahead of Bony last season, still can't get my head around how stubborn Pellers was with Bony. No matter how shite he played he was still going to start the next game.

sounds like the Otamendi deal. one club owes another money for a prior transfer and they just swap a player to cover the remaining fee.
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

We haven't paid Swansea in full for Bony?

thats what the papers are saying. the fee we'd get from Swansea for Bony is actually a write-off of the remaining 16m that we owe them for his initial purchase. again, according to the papers.

Searched for a source. Couldn't find much other than rumours in a couple of the red tops. Chelsea favourites because of Conte.

It's "reported" on the rag/BBC gossip column. He has informally been placed on the transfer list, whatever that means. I'd have thought if there was such a thing as a transfer list these days that you'd either be on it or not.

Juve will sell but the price will be astronomical. Not sure we're up for it. Real are favourites I suspect.

If Real take Pogba and we take from Real, Kross, I think we can make a good piece of business.

That's a decent shout.

I'd take that.
If Gundogan could stay fit as well (think we're waiting for Pep before announcing that one).
But if you've ever had an injury before signing for us... good luck you'll need it.

I think Pogba to Barca is agreed. Poggers stays at Juve until the embargo is sorted.

I say we outbid all bidders. We want Pogba, top player who we need and we don't want anyone else to get. His mum still lives in Urmston. We must be in with a shout because of that being an added pull, unless he hates her.
